How do I adjust the wrist diameter of this strap?

Dear customer, Thanks for your question. This stainless steel watch strap could be removed to fit for your wrist. You could check the attached video via this link.

Will the rose gold strap match my Apple Watch rose gold casing?

Yes i got a replacement for my other half just measure 1st as my 1st 1 didn't fit .

Does installing or removing the strap scratch the Apple Watch?

No - it goes on and off in the same way an Apple strap is attached, I would recommend putting the watch face down on a soft non-scratch surface eg towel when replacing any strap - but this specific strap is no different than any other

Can you purchase extra links

Not that I’m aware of although it comes as a large strap I had to take out 4 links
