最高のフライパンです。 エッグパンが使いやすすぎて家のフライパンを全部このシリーズに変えていこうと思いました。 うちは扱いが割と雑なので丁寧に使っているつもりでもテフロンが禿げたり外側のコーティングが剥げたりしてしまい困っていました。こちらのフライパンなら剥げるものもないし傷もつかずしかも10年保証です。 早速油をなじませて使用しましたが食材はくっつかないし、火の通りも良くてこんがり美味しく仕上がりました！ より大切に使いたいと思えるようになりました。

I followed the instructions carefully — washed it, seasoned it properly before first use, and continued to use medium-low heat with oil. Unfortunately, the pan was sticky and difficult to clean from the very first use. Food regularly sticks, and the honeycomb pattern traps oil and residue, making it much harder to wash than a regular non-stick pan. After six months of careful use, the problem has not improved at all. If a pan requires seasoning, careful heat control, and regular deep cleaning just to perform at a mediocre level, I would rather use a well-seasoned cast iron or a quality stainless steel pan. Those options are more honest about what they are and often perform better long-term without the premium price. HexClad looks nice and feels solid, but the actual cooking performance and ease of cleaning fell far short of the marketing claims. I cannot recommend it.

熱伝導が良いので火力の具合を理解するまで焦がしました。もう少し深い方が良かったかなと思っています。目玉焼きがくっつかないようにするにはホットケーキの焼き方のコツと同じでした。

少し重さあります。 熱伝導が早く、中火でも丁度良い感じの焼き色が付きます。 数回使ってますが、まだ強火にした事無いですw（する必要無かった為） ウインナーなど焼く時、普通のフライパンに比べて油の出方が全く違います。良い意味で。 ただのウインナー焼いてるだけなのにムニエルでも作ってたかな？と錯覚するようなジュわぁっと焼ける感じです。しかも表面はパリッと焦げ目もついて。 あまりにツルツルなので食材が飛んでいくので、次は深さのある中華タイプを購入検討してます。 長年フライパン迷子でしたが暫く使えそうで良い買い物したと思ってます。おススメです！

やっと、これ！というフライパンにたどり着きました。 弱火なのに卵焼きがCMのような滑りで感動。ツルッツル。 なによりフッ素コーティングではなく、安心安全。 生涯保証がついています。 ちょっと高いけど、フッ素コーティングのフライパンを定期的に買い替えるよりずっとずっと価値あります。 ステンレスも鉄もフッ素コーティングも、あらゆるものを使ってきて30年目にしてやっと出会えた品質。 ただし、初めて使う時にはシーズニングが必要です。コツいらず簡単です。鉄のフライパンのようにガンガン使うというより丁寧に使いたくなるフライパン。 大きさの割に重さもそんなに気にならない。 少しずつ鍋もそろえていきたい。 迷ってるなら買って後悔しないはず。 追記 1ヶ月弱使いました。 最初はくっつかず焦げ付かず、でしたが、最近は何を焼いてもくっつきます。 お手入れもして、火加減も説明書通り。 卵もお肉も全部、くっつきます。 洗い方もちゃんと説明書通りにしてます。 油たっっっぶりで焼くと少ししかくっつかない、程度。 鉄のフライパンのほうがまだくっつかない。 最初は何かコーティングされていたのか？と疑いたくなるぐらいの変化です。 さらに追記 そろそろ使い始めて半年経ちます。我が家で一番焦げ付くフライパンとなりました。お手入れもして火加減も適切、油もしっかり多めに使って、焦げ付きます。何なら揚げ焼きぐらい油ドボドボでも無理です。金属のたわしでガッシガシ洗えば綺麗になります。やっぱり鉄のフライパンのほうが使い勝手いい。 例外でパンの温めには最適です。温めたフライパンに少し水を振って蓋して弱火で数分パンを温めます。焼きたてのようになります。バターを溶かして食パンを焼くのもおすすめ。必ず弱火で蓋をして。焼き色ついたら出来上がり。トースターで焼くより数倍美味しい。パンはまだくっつかない。 でも、パンじゃなくこれでお肉とか卵とか焼きたかったんだよね。 最初、ほんとになにかコーティングされてたんじゃないかな。目玉焼きスルッスルだったのに、、今では目玉焼きは油を引こうがくっついて離れないのでぐっちゃぐちゃになります。 たまに火加減ちゃんとできてないからだろ、みたいなレビューあるけど、最初はくっつかない→だんだん焦げ付く、これは火加減の上手下手ではないです。何してもお手上げ。すっごく重い、パン温め専用です。

とても洗いやすくて驚きました。汚れがさっと落ちます！！持ち手も使いやすいです。このフライパンに出会えて良かったです！！少しお値下げになっている時に購入しました。

J avais des doutes… apres tant de poeles que j ai deja essaye. Je les avais toujours que qqes mois avant d avoir les premieres griffes dedans. Pas la hexclad. Le revetement tient super bien et elle est stylish. Ne la chauffez pas trop fort. Une chaleur moyenne suffit et evite que les aliments collent

Overall, this is a high-quality, all-purpose frying pan that performs well across a wide range of cooking tasks and is worth the investment.
