YouTubeで深いスクワットを軽い棒でやっていたのですが、もう少し負荷を掛けたくてこの商品を購入しました。 深いスクワット+筋トレを２０分位を2週過ぎから腹直筋が締まって来ました。 スタミナがないので短時間集中でやるには良いのかなと思います!

バーの部分はラバーで覆われており滑りにくく、金属直の冷たさもないので素手でも使える。 年寄りや女子の筋トレにベスト，40歳以上の動けるいい筋肉（美マッチョ）作りを目指している人にもいいと思います。 見た目だけの肥大筋肉作りには不向き まず関節の怪我のリスクが少ない重さで 目に付く所に置いて目に入ったら1〜2分するだけでいい筋肉になりますよ 女子は4〜5キロ，シニア女子は2〜3キロ，ミドル男子は8〜10キロ，シニア男子は6〜8キロがいいくらいと思います。 （最適キロ〜最大キロ/回転運動する場合は更に軽い棒がいい） ダンベルよりも重心が遠く重さが加わるのでワンランク下げるのをお勧めします。 本当は水を入れる筒状のウォーターバッグが欲しかったのですが、万が一水が溢れたら悲惨なのでこちらにしました。 持ち上げるだけでなく肩に担いでねじる運動とかしたい方は棒が長いので３畳以上のスペースが安心，ゴルフのトレーニングにはこれくらいがいいと思います。 デメリットは少し長いので⭐︎-1

Excelente calidad y relación costo-beneficio

I was hesitated before of purchase a weighted bar, this project was not as expected as I only used a few simple dumbells as shown. This shelf is designed for adding weight onto a bar sticker and put on a clutch. I would say this purchase make me very happy now. I could let this practice become realistic by following the three principles: stretch first then heavy weight bar. Use the weight from 6 Lb, 8lb to 12 lb. So I purchased 10 Lbs, meanwhile, I would consider buying a lower weight one. Third just weight lift with some knee protection if you want to do a bow step by lifting this bar.

Wrong item delivered. I ordered twice, first one I ordered a green they delivered blue. Second time they delivered a baby waker instead of weighted bar. The Bar itself looks fine.
