BestParts Sliding Rail Kit Compatible with HPE ProLiant DL380 DL388 G9 G10

Had to cut 2 inches off the back ends to make it fit in a 28 inch rack with doors. Other than that issue, they're good rails. A variety of mounting pins (3 sizes) and several mounting holes ensured they fit my particular rack. They lock into position as you'd expect, and the rails load the server properly without slipping. I bought one set, then 2 more, despite needing to modify them.

These fit the HP DL380 G9 chassis perfectly. Very stout rails and slides that hold the server very secure, even when fully extended. The rear mount snaps into the back rack mounts from the front, eliminating the odd hand-gymnastics you have to do with Dell server rails to get them to release. They are long though. Longer than the server and I had to remove the little clips at the back end to fit them into my 32" deep server rack which has a back ventilation "door". Not sure what those c-shaped clips are for (cable tie-off points?), but a quick drill-out of the rivets made short work of them without damaging the slides or the back stops. A little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for with this set.

It works perfect for a HP DL380 G9. Only thing to note is the rail kit is larger than the server, so you need to size your rack to the rail kit and not the server itself.

This rails are used on an HP Proliant DL380 Gen 9. (2UI) Fits perfectly and install so easy. Very happy with purchase
