Gets the blood flowing where you need it to be. I am taking 2 daily, 1 in the morning 1 in the evening. Weekends 1 more during lunch. I break the pill in half and chew both halves with water. They taste ok and chewing them into crumbs gets them into your system quicker, plus you don't choke on the pill. After about 3 weeks my blood flow where you need it the most is solid and you can depend on it, each time. I am using this product in combination with "ElifeSupplements Gallant" (1 pill every three days) and "Horbaach's Cordyceps" (six pills daily). Cordyceps really gets you into the swing, and make you long for more action time, 24/7. I am turning 60 next year and my stamina is the best it has been all my life. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: at about 8 months of using this, I can state quite accurately that this has reduced my blood pressure from the 120-130/70-85 range to the 110-120/62-70 range. These are based on multiple measurements on a calibrated BP machine that is very accurate (also compared it to results at my Dr’s office). My only issue is that these "Horse-pills" can get stuck a bit going down and require a few large gulps of liquid to get them on their way! No issues with stomach upset with these nor any bad taste.

This is a great supplement for us men. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night daily and let me tell you these make me rock hard and have very intense orgasms with my lady within hours of taking. These pills are huge but easy to swallow with lots of liquid.

These work well for blood pressure support. However, the pill is huge. I’ve never had problems swallowing pills, but this one has given me issues on numerous occasions. I am probably going to look for something smaller even if it means a have to take more pills.
