Good supplement, but be aware of the pill size
The product was of good quality, but the capsules were too large for my mother. Keep in mind that 1000 mg is a large dose; it's like the largest capsule size and they make it, it was bigger than that id say. This is the only reason I would deduct any points.

Magnesium supplement
Have only used this particular product for a short period of time, but so far it appears to be working fine. Purchased to replace prior product.

Best bang for your buck.
Most inexpensive product for mag bisglycinate. And confirmed it is chelated and not just co-inhabiting together in the pill, which is where the benefits lay. Each pill providing 135mg mag is a bit of an awkward amount. But I am sure that is driven by the fact that mag bisglycinate is only something near 20% magnesium. (forget exact figure).

Too hard on the stomach
Tried this for a couple of days and it was very hard on my stomach.Even doing a single pill (half dose) with or without food - always had me running to the bathroom all day.If you have a sensitive stomach, this is not the right product for you.
