I bought this dried white snow fungus for making soup at home. When I first opened the bag, the tremella was light yellow and hard to the touch. After soaking in water for just over an hour, they expanded significantly, turned soft, and became white in color. I was honestly a bit surprised. After soaking, I tore them into small pieces and cooked them with red dates and rock sugar. The texture was smooth, soft, and tasted great! Perfect for everyday use. I will buy again.

I’m impressed by the look of this dried tremella mushroom. The flowers are whole and intact and not broken at all like other brands. The color is natural yellowish which looks clean and there is no weird sulfur smell. I have tried other brands before and this one stands out in terms of appearance and overall quality

After I bought it, I soaked 2 or 3 pieces. They became much bigger after soaking. Then I tore them into small pieces, added some red dates and goji berries, and cooked them on low heat for about 40 minutes to 1 hour. The soup turned out thick and smooth, and the tremella became soft and silky. My whole family loves it, especially my parents-in-law. We really enjoy it and will keep eating it. Love it!

Great product but costly. Found others at the Asian stores that were way more reasonably priced.
