I started using this product at version 14 (now up to v. 14.1). After about two weeks of starting this my energy levels went up considerable. I have not had a cold or flu sense I started using it. I have also noted a much higher level of alertness and overall sense of well being that has not subsided over time (like a short-lived vitamin rush that lasts a few days). In addition, I am sleeping better at night as well (more consistent rest). I use it once per day but occasionally I take a second dose if I feel like I need a bump. Remember, this is a supplement and not a replacement for a good or at least decent diet. I have also noticed that I have considerably less muscle and joint pain and my recoupment time during exercise is better. I really notice a decrease in overall muscle cramping associated with exercise. This does have magnesium in it (and I also take a magnesium supplement). Another plus are the probiotics. I wish they did disclose the number that survive at expiration. People complain about the taste. I don't have any issues with the taste. It tastes like raw green plants. I mix a heaping scoop with 7-8 oz. of V8 juice and a little water. I use a stick blender with the whisk attachment to make a smooth blend. The greens taste goes great with the V8 juice. Oh, be sure to store in freezer to keep the probiotics alive. I also like that Vibrant Health has a full disclosure label so you know what you are taking and how much (some formulas don't tell you what doses of nutrients you are getting). I also like the fact that their formula is not static but they add new ingredients as new research becomes available. Enjoy! Kaos Update 06/23/2015 After all these months I am feeling better than I have in 15 or so years. All my little muscle aches are gone with the exception of some tennis elbow (probably golf related). I recently had my physical and all my blood work came back BETTER than they have in the last 5 years. My blood pressure is back to total normal (although that could be related in part to supplementing with magnesium). Although my sugar never has tested high my A1C has been slightly elevated the last few years. Guess what, My A1C numbers are back to normal along with normal sugar tests. This is not scientific mind you, but the only change I have made from previous annual blood tests to the latest was the addition of this product. So, proper supplementation can be of great assistance in preventative health. I have also been able to stop using my prostate supplements and my flow is as good, if not better, than it was when on the prostate supplements. My prostate tests cam back EXTREMELY good (which is GREAT news for a 50 year old man). Great product!!!! Use it and stick with it and you will get some good results! I also mix it sometimes with Cranberry-Pom. juice and it is quite good. I also recently tried it mixed with several different flavors of Sparkling Ice Water and it is fantastic. It has a very light carbonated kick.

I too bought this for my Sheltie, Looked up on Youtube about lipomas for dogs and this came highly recommended. So I DID NOT pay attention to all of the ingredients and I swear there is at least 200 ingredients!! So I don't think I gave it enough time for my dog he had a lipoma on his head and it kept growing and getting very big between his ears he was on it for 3 months and he did NOT like the taste so i mixed it with Peanut butter, but I could not wait any longer to get that lipoma removed. So here I am thinking what am I going to do with this big container? So I was reading the whole side of ingredients and decided to take it myself, I too needed to lose some pounds and I was drinking alot of wine at night and it does have liver medicine in it and yes my Sheltie's first visit for the lipoma removal, they did blood work this was 3 months before VH was taken and his liver had high enzymes after taking VH his blood work NORMAL!!! So I figured I would take it and yes I dropped 5 lbs in 7 days !! I also quit drinking during the week. So YES it does work it does a body GREAT!!! I highly recommend it !! the taste is not that good but worth the results!!! I use a 16 oz Dasani water bottle and only use 1 scoop (its already in the VH) 1st thing in the morning and I take it with me to work or to the GYM.

The green super food powder that I had been using for the past several years (Garden of Eden), suddenly changed. I would spend the same amount (or more) as I always have on a container of the stuff, but every time I opened a new container lately, it seemed like there was less and less powder inside. I also recently found out that they had changed the formula and were not putting as much of the super good stuff in the mix as they used to. Needless to say, I decided a change was in order. So, I began to do some research. I read comparisons, visited websites, read blogs and reviews...and basically everything I could find on the subject. I'm on a tight budget and the super green stuff is not cheap! Totally worth it...but not cheap. So, I wanted to feel like I was getting the most for my money. I bought the Green Vibrance based on the good reviews and the fact that they believe in transparency. I ordered the 2 month supply for $65 and crossed my fingers that I didn't just waste a whole bunch of money. I didn't. This stuff is really great. Here's a few reasons why... **When I received the package, I noticed that it was very heavy. When I opened the container, it was full to the brim with product. And the powder was packed in there very densely, because I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it still seems fairly full. **The taste is...well, it tastes like healthy green stuff...but, the way I make my smoothies masks the green taste really well...so, to me it tastes delicious. **They are transparent! Full disclosure. It's part of the credo. Check out the website! It is very informative. And from what I have read, this company's formula is one of the most nutrient rich formulas on the market...at a fairly affordable price. Huge plus! **Overall, I feel really good. A friend recommended this greens formula to me when I told him I was looking for a greens powder for my morning smoothies. I am not going to lie, when I first started investigating it, I felt Green Vibrance was a bit pricey. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought what if it tastes gross or if it doesn't really make any difference? Before I committed to buying such a large tub, I went down to my local health food store and bought a little single serve packet for $2, figuring that would be a good way to save myself from a pricey mistake. I threw all my smoothie ingredients in the blender and dumped the Green Vibrance in. All I can say is Wow. What a great recommendation! I could not believe how great I felt and how much energy I had! All from a little pack of green powder!!! I didn't think about it or question it again. I went ahead and bit the bullet, buying this gigantic jug of magical green stuff. It has 25 billion probiotics, cereal grasses, antioxidants, plant based nutrition, immune support, adaptogens, fiber, liver support, enzymes and tonics.....a total powerhouse of nutrients! I take it everyday - in my smoothie and sometimes straight with water. (you have to get used to taking it that way because it tastes very "green", if you know what I mean!) Since I started taking this daily, I have noticed a huge difference in my overall health. I have way more energy than ever before, I feel stronger and more clear headed. I am starting to lose weight. Nor did I find contact info on the Vibrant Health Store homepage on Amazon. So I made the effort to visit their website and search for a contact address (which certainly wasn't front and center). When I found the address I sent them a very short and succinct question. They never bothered to respond. Guess it was too much trouble. --------------------- FIRST TAKE I'm a suburbs guy but I have used bales of hay to mulch my gardens. When first opened, the strong odor wafting from the canister smelled exactly like a just-opened moist bale of hay. I love that smell as it reminds me of nature, Mother Earth and the essence of life. And that's one of the reasons why I like to garden. But the odor of moist hay doesn't smell appetizing, make me salivate or look forward to swallowing grass. So the first hurdle was getting past the fact that Green Vibrance does not smell like something I'd want to consume. The next hurdle was getting past the taste, which was very similar to the odor. Meaning, it tasted like puree a la hay bale. Not a terrible taste at all in my opinion but I gulped it down, as my brain and taste buds did not register hay as a food item. I'll leave the last sentence as my evaluation of the odor and taste. Other reviewers absolutely hate the taste, as you can read in their reviews. Note: On their website, the company also offers a Blueberry-Lemon flavored version of this product. It costs a few dollars more but may be worthwhile for some people. Some people complain that Green Vibrance is gritty. I do notice a bit of grittiness in the product but for me it's not bad at all. TWO WEEKS ON After about two weeks I grew used to the odor and the taste. I don't look forward to it, nor do I try to avoid it. It's akin to taking a vitamin. However, I do still gulp the mixture down as my brain has yet to register it as a food item. RESULTS I've been using this product for six weeks and haven't noticed any positive or negative impact, but didn't expect to. I know for a fact I don't eat enough vegetables and that's why I wanted to start using Green Vibrance. My expectations are there will be long-term health benefits, and those will be very difficult to measure. Other reviewers have noticed increased levels of energy and better well-being. If you choose to use this product, only you can make a determination as to whether it's worthwhile or not. PREPARATION Green Vibrance is a very dry powder and I quickly discovered that it's easier to mix when the powder is added to the glass of water. When water is poured on top of the very dry and hydrophobic powder, some of the powder stubbornly sticks in small clumps to the sides and bottom of the glass. To mix the powder into the water, I found that a small rubber whisk from the Dollar Store works better than any other utensils in my kitchen drawers. I suspect better tools would include a small handheld immersion blender or even one of the small single serving blenders (Magic Bullet, etc.) which would also allow for blending in some banana, blueberries etc., if desired. BOTTOM LINE I'm taking Green Vibrance to help make up for my inadequate vegetable intake, and also for the long list of healthy ingredients/supplements. IOW I'm using it as a much-more fortified version of a vitamin pill because I don't think my diet is adequate. I'm now used to the flavor and smell and it's part of my morning routine. It's a form of health insurance that's hard to evaluate, and I don't expect to notice any immediate improvements. If you don't believe vitamin supplements are helpful, this is product is probably not for you. But if your diet isn't the best and/or you get bad colds in the Winter and catch most every flu that comes around - this product may be worth trying.

It’s a “Super Food” that everyone is trying to mimic. It’s pricey because the product is that good and it’s 2.5 months worth I believe.

I actually bought this for my dog as a vet recommended it for fatty lipomas. I read other reviews about taste and packaging but I haven't tried it myself just yet. As far as my dog, he seems to absolutely love it and is licking his bowl clean with zero issues having to try and hide or mask the powder. I do understand some people's reviews about the packaging being open and think I know the issue. The tub came with the lid half cocked, the box showed there had been an impact. When I unscrewed the lid the tamper proof seal on the tub was open partway and green powder spilled out as I unscrewed the lid, got a paper under it to catch more. It's the tamper proof seal (good one) which is slightly too big in circumference for the actual screw cap to screw down hard and tight / any knock hitting that cap portion is going to flex the plastic cap or tub body, catch the seal while leaving the cap cockeyed on, cap rips seal partly open and there ya go. Not a deal breaker but they could put a safety seal around the entire cap tub and top body to give it extra strength against package knock damage. Can't speak to taste but I was surprised after reading reviews at how good this powder smells. Honest. If the taste of it is even close to the smell, I think this is def palatable and or easily masked. I think the value is very good for the money whether human or animal. This is going to last my dog a year easy and am hoping his fatty lipoma will shrink over time as this has reportedly worked for other dog parents with great success. I'm going to try some for myself, not expecting any issues whatsoever with taste, will come back and change my review if it's urp city but highly doubt it will be. It smells 'healthy' and sweet to me and the goal is better health and nutrition - sometimes you just have to 'eat your greens' like your mama said. The nutrients in this are massive, you would be hard pressed to find a better value in price buying supplements one by one that are included in this powder.

I wanted to love this because of it's many benefits. I tried and tried but just could not get this down. I tried many variations of liquid including water. Nothing worked for me. I'm disappointed with myself.
