They do make some noise when moving around, but it's not super loud for a plastic backed diaper. The tabs are very beefy, can be adjusted to fit a wide variety of body types (something great for people with disabilities) and stick very well.

I have been using products like this for years and I have to say that these are one of the best in my opinion. The main reason is that they don’t break up like others and they are also a good price. I have never had any problems during the night as well. If you haven’t already tried them then give them a go. The ones I have are the plastic ones as the fabric ones are pretty much useless
