USN Creatine Anabolic Creatine & BCAAs I Candy Pop I 900g - 30 Servings

So in April I had the Cherry flavour, in May I had the Orange flavour, and this month I've got the "Candy Pop" flavour. I'm on a bulk at the minute and the first month I creatine loaded and did see an increase in mass and weight, this seems to have plateaued now, so I just have the one shake a day to coast. The creatine is effective. I have no idea what BCAAs do, I've read they're for recovery, but I'm 36 and have trained since I was 18, so aching is now just part of getting older, not sure if BCAAs have any effect. Creatine is tried and tested, and is a must for anyone training consistently. Each tub is 30 shakes so lasts a month which for about £22 a tub is great value for money to me. It mixes OK, gets a bit chalky at the bottom if you don't shake before each drink, but I am yet to find a creatine that doesn't do that. The orange is the best tasting I've had so far, although its colour is pretty much glow in the dark and stained my shaker, so probably not good for your insides. The Candy Pop flavour is OK but a bit sweet for my liking. The cherry was spot on, cant fault it. I'll try the other two over the next two months.
