These drinks are great for different reasons. They give you a boost of energy and clarity, which is great before workout workouts or when focus focusing for work. It also helps curve your appetite I was also told that this product can actually help with getting fuel to the brain when there’s a hit to the head. My son was playing football and got hit in the head two weeks in a row and each time I ran out and had him drink these, as I keep them in my purse, just in case. I’ll never know if it works for sure, but he’s perfectly fine and happy I had it on me! I believe it could have helped him from getting a concussion.

Great for strenuous workouts. A little pricey.

I was hesitant to try these at first, but I found the taste respectable especially when I dilute it more so than originally instructed. They say to dilute one bottle in 16 oz of water, but I dilute half a bottle in about 24 oz of water to suit my super sensitive taste. I feel no jitteriness unlike how I can when consuming coffee sometimes. It is on the pricier side: for roughly the same price, can get a gallon of food-grade fractionated coconut oil (MCT oil alternative) which offers for me 128 servings per container, whereas I get only 24 servings here (I use half a bit per helping). I definitely feel significantly better: less anxious and more focused.

So far see no difference in my energy or focus

This stuff is a game changer. I went on a sixty day juice fast. Normally I would start out so sick that i would give up. These shots made all the difference. They got rid of those first week symptoms when your body is adjusting to the change. No headache, no stomach issues, no flu-like symptoms and my hunger level was more tolerable. I don’t know if they work for everybody but they are my new favorite thing. Also, I only take one a day to do the trick!!!!

I've tried Ketone IQ in the past and didn't notice anything but recently tried the KetoneAid shots and got a significant bump in energy and mental clarity, also tastes great no bitterness most ketone supplements have. I'm just getting back on Keto diet and this supplement helps me avoid that Keto flu I usually get the first week or 2 of the diet. Also wanted to mention customer service is solid, I had some questions about other products they offer and Frank the owner jumped on a few text messages with me and was very helpful.
