Precut Kinesiology Tape for Knees, 10 Pcs, Black

I haven't written a review in a long time, but I had to for this product. I got the pre-cut K tape for my knee and didn't expect much. But after a week of using one of the pieces, I have to completely recommend it to anyone with knee problems. I'm assuming the same goes for the other products for other parts of the body, but I can't attest to that. I wasn't sure if it was working or not because maybe my knee just felt better? but I knew it was doing what it's supposed to do as soon as I took it off. My knee was incomplete agony. I hobbled over to the box and put another one on immediately. As soon as I put another one on it feel better. Not sure what kind of magic this is but the cost is low so it's worth a try. There is some truth to the tape residue, but with plenty of soap and a rag, it came off in the shower, so no worries there. It's worth the cost buy them today. Highly recommend.

The tape is supportive. However, the adhesive is not strong enough to last more than 24 hours, nor does it withstand a shower. Good basic product if you are thinking about trying KT tape, but doesn't stand up to the multi-day claim.

I wanted to like this, but I just can’t. First of all, I’ve been using KT tape of various brands for over five years whenever I had something sore or aching. The first issue was with the one piece construction the bottom part only stretches north to south and not east to west. Not a huge deal since it’s really an anchor but I would have preferred more stretch. The second issue was the double split for the knee. I personally found it really difficult to maneuver both strips at once and properly place them without tangling, but I managed. The worst part was the fact that after a day of wear this tape started ripping off my skin at the top of my knee. I have never, in all my years of KT tape usage had this happen. I didn’t pull it as taut as it could go, so there was still stretch. I ended up having to trim off that part and finally after two days took Off the balance of the tape and switched to three strips of my tried and true brand to do the same thing that this one piece was supposed to accomplish. Sure, some of my issues may have been user error, but between the no east/ west stretch on the anchor and the skin ripping, I will not be purchasing again Or using the rest of this tape.

Only just got these and immediately put one on. Seems to really help alleviate the pain. Just finished 6 weeks of PT and even though the knee injury is better, there was still much pain when walking. Put this on yesterday and slept with it last night and the pain this morning is about half what it was. Will probably buy more and use these until (and if) the injury completely heals.

I gave found myself needing a bit of support for my knee. I really like that they are precut, and it is just a matter of placing the tape. My only complaint is that the edges aren't staying stuck. But for the short term I think they will be fine. The tape does provide support so it provides me a good bit of pain relief.. Not as stretchy as some other kinesiology tapes.
