After a lot of research, I ordered this one above others, in spite of the unknown and highly unusual brand name of Oakevlp, largely because of each of the contents. I usually avoid all strawberry-flavored items (uh, other than real strawberries :) but the flavor is really very nice. I was enjoying them as a treat at 3:00 every day, between lunch & dinner, when my nutritionist shockingly advised me that L-Glutathione has to be taken on a completely EMPTY stomach, namely first thing in the morning, to get the full benefit. Ok so now 5 a.m. I pop one, let it kind of melt away, then have a cup of tea; a liquid is w/o sugar allowable, just no food, for at least one hour. I also cut the high dosage in half by only taking one per day; that gives 1250 instead of 2500mg, which is sufficient for my body weight. Time will tell re skin & energy improvements, have only had them one week. Thank you AMAZON for another outstanding product!

I take glutathione in capsule form on a daily basis since it is a strong anti-oxidant. I did a lot of research and concluded that glutathione has so many positive properties and as I get older my body does not produce as much as it did when in my youth. I am glad I found it in gummy form since it is so much more convenient to take and very tasty. The gummies are easy to chew. They do not stick to the roof of my mouth and I have not experienced any negative effects.

I looked it up, and apparently, it is a tripeptide molecules consistenting of three amino acids, and is produced naturally by the liver. It is basically a powerful antioxidant. The body just produces less of it with age, stress, or certain health conditions. That's when supplementation is required. So, as to this product, the gummies are shaped like the traditional gummies, little bears, which is really cute. They are on the firmer side, chewy. The taste is meh. Mildly sweet and just a hint of berry flavor, not really strawberry. My concern is the dosage. The daily dosage for this supplement ranges from 250 to 1000 mg. So 2500 mg is way too much, unless you have serious glutathione deficiency and your doctor recommends it. Since the instruction indicates to take 2 gummies a day, I suggest you take 1 a day for 1250 mg, unless directed by your physician. Other vitamins in these gummies include more or less average amounts of vitamin C, milk thistle (good for liver), alpha-lipoic acid. It is sweetened with malt syrup and "natural fruit flavors." I personally prefer a supplement that doesn't have a hodge podge of different vitamins and minerals, because I can get them from my diet. That said, if you take 1 a day, this should be sufficient. There are 60 gummies in a bottle, which will last you 2 months. But if you take 2 a day, this would be a 30-day supply. Reasonable price.

The gummies are a little firmer than other gummy vitamins I've had in the past, but they aren't as sticky and don't get stuck in your teeth. The daily serving seems a little high according to online research so I only take 1 a day instead of two. I'm saw a little improvement in my energy level after about 2 weeks of taking these. The price is average for this kind of gummy vitamin.

These are excellent tasting. The strawberry flavor is excellent and makes this a real treat in the morning every time I take it. I think think it's effective in providing some pain relief but slowly over time. There is no smell in the bottle at all. It seems to be a good quality supplement and you get a ton of the main ingredient. That's the big selling point right there as similar gummies don't often have the same amount.

Bear shaped gummies strawberry flavor they are good. Suggested to take 2 a day do not exceed 4 daily. If you take 2/day then you have enough for a 30 day supply in this one bottle. This promotes antioxidants, immune & cellular function cleansing, good skin. This is very good for the skin actually it has helped clear up patches on my upper arms and a bunch of the break outs on my face and back. I still have some break outs due to hormonal issues but I have been getting so many compliments on my skin (looking good) (glowing) (softer) (brighter) I wish I would have taken a before and after. Maybe I'll stop using for a while to get before and after. If you are interested I recommend giving these a try.
