It really works when applied regularly.
Moisturizes and soothes my hemorrhoids. For me, it speeded healing, shrunk them, and stopped the burning. It’s expensive but I will buy again when I run out.

This is not comparable to preparation H. I noticed little to no improvement. It did not reduce my hemorrhoids. There was no pain relief.

Works for saggy skin the aloe is soothing plus I put a tad bit in my lotion tightens up cellulite area, thighs. I don't have a hernia or medical issues I bought this in my beauty routine after showers
