I only received the winch, missing the wireless remote control and handle controller

The wireless remote control and handle remote control are in the bottom foam, please check whether allthe foam in the packing box is taken out.

Why does the winch rope slip or fall off during use

When the winch is under load, the winch rope must be wrapped around the drum at least 10 times to ensure sufficient adhesion

The remote control I received is not working and the light is not on

The wireless remote control requires the purchase of an additional 12V23A small battery to function properly

After prolonged use, the relay suddenly stops working

The winch s an interttent working product Its recommended to work for two minutes and rest for five minutes to gve tenough timeto dssipat heat before the nert operation.
