I've been using this 4K dash cam for a few days now, and I'm really impressed with its performance. The video quality is excellent—super clear during the day and surprisingly good at night as well. Setup was quick and easy, and I appreciated that it came with a 64GB memory card right out of the box. The built-in GPS and WiFi work smoothly, and I love the flexibility of being able to view footage directly on the 3” screen or on my phone. The wide-angle lens captures both lanes clearly, and the rear camera does a decent job as well. One of my favorite features is the 24-hour parking mode—it gives me peace of mind when my car is parked overnight in a parking lot. Overall, this dash cam offers a lot of premium features at a very reasonable price. Definitely a great value!

So far the camera images are crystal clear. However, I had an issue with language, it was in German, and I wrote customer service and haven’t received a response. It’s been 8 hrs; the info and website state they have 24 hr customer service. Doesn’t appear so to me! UPDATE: I am very satisfied with the camera and its operation. It was very easy to install and produces very clear videos. I especially like using the app as it compliments the ease of use. I found out how to deal with the initial language issue by using the app and reconfiguring the unit. It took customer service over two weeks to contact me and forward a remedy to the issue. They were very apologetic and assured me that this was a technical error on how my email was initially sorted to the wrong department. I was contacted a second time again with apologies, also asking if they can help me with any other issues. I am changing my score, because I feel they have made two attempts to correct any issue in good faith. Thus, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was a simple error and not a deliberate action on their part. I have another vehicle that I’m considering purchasing another unit. I plan on recommending this unit to family members.

Update! After driving over 1000 miles in the heat and cold, the static sticker is holding solid. I found the app on iTunes but after loading/deleting/reloading it still doesn’t work on my I devices. The customer support reached out to me on their own and we reached a solution. I was able to view some of the videos on the screen and I love that it has the GPS and altitude. The recordings look pretty good too, though if something happens I’ll have to use my computer at home to view the chipped files. It seems like a nice light camera, which started up with easy settings to do the setup. However, there are no mounting instructions so I had to guess on how the “static sticker” works. It stayed on, at least for the last hour, so I’m hoping I did it correctly. The link for the warranty works, but not the link for the app. I tried 4 times without success, on both my iPad and iPhone, and they don’t provide it in writing so I’m stuck for the moment. Their server times out or crashes each time. Not a good start.

So far this has been a really good purchase. I reached out to customer service because the 11.5 foot cord to power the cameras is too short for where my 12 volt plug is located inside my center console (Grand Highlander). To properly hide and route the cord along the seams/trim I needed a 13-15ft cord and they sent me a link of one that would work on Amazon. I purchased that separately and it works great. The cord that connects the back camera to the front is plenty long. The quality of the video is really good front and back. It’s easy to install front and rear. Camera turns on and records automatically each time. If you need the video you do need to connect to the camera WiFi and download it but that’s easy enough. I would say if your ever in an accident where you’d have to be towed definitely take the camera with you for the footage or download before.

Should be simple but isn't. Can't put on parking mode. When it says I did it doesn't record. Trying to log into the camera doesn't always work. It will tell me no camera is installed even though it is. So i always have to do some type of b.s. to fix it. Also. When recording at night, it is still very difficult to make out a license plate number especially when the headlights are on. Just a "Buyer-beware" heads up.

This camera is so easy to set up and use! We love it! Has a great picture, app is user friendly! We already ordered another one! Its Perfect!!!
