Tastes absolutely awful but I haven’t worked out for two weeks and have been holding my weight which I never do! After getting ripped off by a company for their combo creatine + hmb product … I got smart and bought them separately … I enjoy the product … hmb just tastes so bad … lol … but I’ve personally noticed the affects .. helps me hold my muscle and weight … personally I do see results pairing with creatine ! This was really cheap so I highly reccomend ! They seem like they do decent testing too just like the more expensive brands ! I can’t say for sure but I do think so ! I may try their products next just because they are so cost efficient.
