Check it out! When I used to work for a vitamin manufacturer, this combination was our signature product. I know why it works, and why you should take it, so I've been looking for versions of it ever since we left that company. Some.other companies had a version of it, but I've been looking for a formulations without any of the insults commonly included: no glues gums, binders, filling agents, lubricants, dilutants, flavorings, colorings, coatings, waxes, shelallacs. Emulsiifiers, etc. Z)can you tell I've said that a few times before?) This product satisfied my requirements. More at another time. This is a first class vitamin preparation. They are in capsule form, so they are well absorbed.

I am not sure they helped with anything but they didn't hurt.
