Bump Patrol Original Aftershave Treatment Serum - 0.5 fl oz

I have been looking forward to reviewing this for quite a while, and awaiting a time when I can express all of my thoughts to everyone. So I have had 3 large bumps on my neck for god knows how long. They never get any bigger or smaller, but they have always just been there. Clearly they were/are an effect of improper shaving at some point or another. No matter what I have tried, the size of those bumps has never gone down at all. I have been very self conscious about that for quite some time. I read a lot of good reviews for this product, and figured it could not hurt to give it a try. So here is my journey. I typically shave every other day, as I am not a fan of facial hair, especially on my neck. As I began using this product, I stretched it to every three days, and then again to every four days. I figured this would give my neck the longest opportunity to heal. All during this time, I continued to use this product, everyday, usually once in the morning, and once at night. I also used it every time after I shaved. And each time I shaved, I made sure to take extra special care on my neck, to ensure I would not regress or become worse. After a week of use, I did not notice too much of a change. Two weeks, slight change for the better, and this continued on gradually. I am now on four weeks, and it is a world of difference. I truly wish I had taken a before picture, so I could post before and after pictures. While not completely gone (just yet), those three bumps on my neck are remarkably smaller than they were when I started using this product. They are practically non-existent at this point. When I see myself in the mirror, I can tell they have definitely shrunk. When I blindly feel at my neck with my hand, I can barely feel the current largest bump, as it has almost completely disappeared. I cannot say enough good things about this product. If you suffer or have a similar issue, I strongly encourage you to give this product a try, and to have patience. You probably will not notice immediate results, but I can attest that it is worth the patience and effort.

I have been using this product for about 2 years now, I always get razor burn when I run out, so I try to keep myself constantly supplied. Amazon has it on here for a decent price! One problem about this product is that it may leave a little blue film on your skin when you use it. So just make sure you let it dry on your skin and check yourself out on the mirror before heading out to avoid awkward conversations at work. I usually use it right after washing my face, after shaving. So, shave, wash face, use product. When you use it after a fresh shave it will sting a bit, but that is normal, it also gets kinda sticky too. I have also noticed that if you don't wipe off the excess gel from the cap, it will prevent the cap from closing all the way over time. I also like to use it a couple days after a fresh shave. Some of my co-workers can tell when I run out of this product, because when I have it, I have model skin, but when I am out, I look like I am going through my teen acne faze. I used to put after shave on over the area that I applied the Bump Patrol to, but I noticed that it makes the film look worse, so I would suggest applying after shave, if you use it, below the areas that you applied the bump patrol to. Best Razor Burn treatment ever!

The light stinging let's you know that it is working. This product helps soothe redness and irritation quickly.

This one is the only formula that does anything. All the others are BS. Great price for a great product

This bump patrol aftershave seems really good so far. I’ve only had the chance to use it 3 times but so far it seems to really help. I haven’t used it after shaving yet which I’m really looking forward to trying. But I’ve noticed my existing razor bumps are significantly reduced in only 3 times use. And tbh I haven’t been using it as consistently as I would’ve wanted. But I’m still seeing results regardless. It’s got a nice burn to it but besides the pain, it also feels reassuring that it’s actually working instead of most I’ve tried in the past. A little goes a long way like many reviews say. The 14ml bottle is a bit tricky to get only a little out because it’s just a wide open bottle vs something like a squeeze bottle. And it’s also a blue liquid so you gotta be careful to not let it all pour through your fingers. I guess I could be using something like a cotton pad but tbh I haven’t felt the need to. It stays fine in a closed palm. But like the title of my review says, don’t be alarmed like I was if you order the 14ml bottle. It’s VERY tiny. And don’t judge quite yet off the box. Because when you open the box, you’ll find the box is still half the size of the bottle. I had a good laugh after I realized the size I bought. The ad picture is a bit deceiving ngl. Not a big deal though if you read what you’re buying first. I think having this option is great. I’m even content with the price of it. Because you’re getting the chance to test the product before committing to the full bottle. Because maybe it’s not for you but now you have a huge bottle you just need to toss or give to someone else. But having this option is so handy and I wish more products had this type of option. All in all will definitely be purchasing the larger bottle asap.

Burns but works. No bumps ever again paired with a good razor. Will probably buy again. Smells like aftershave.
