Dear customer,

First of all we thank you for the interest shown.

Global Relax sends the Nirvana chair, in this case in two packages, (one with the body of the chair) and (another with the arms).

When the carrier delivers the two packages, the customer will simply have to install the arms and the footrest, this does not take more than 10 minutes, since it is explained in the manual and it is simple. In any case, if the client is not able to install it, we can send him videos or make a video call.

Once the chair is installed, if it is not what you expected or you simply do not like it, you can return it within 30 days at no cost to the customer.

It also wants to indicate that you have a 2-year warranty for all those factory defects.
