The real thing. Don't trust cheaper imitations that either don't work or fail in days or weeks. These are genuine Fresh brand cartridges that work perfectly.

Worth the price
I have a salt water spa and these are a necessity to keep the spa chlorinated. I also buy the chlorine granules as well and use those too in order to make these last longer. I can get about 5 months out of them before they need changing. A little expensive but worth it to have a nice maintenance free spa.

Real not FAKE salt cartridge
Real Watkins salt system! Don't fall for fakes! This is the ONLY manufacturer (FreshWater) of OEM replacement salt system cartridges. The other ones you see for a fraction of the price are KNOCK OFFS and some down right fake! You paid a lot for your hot tub and this is the cost of owning one. You can potentially screw up your salt system if you use the fake cartridges!! So only buy genuine salt system cartridges made by Freshwater.

Don’t Buy a three Pack of cartridges
I bought a 3 pack of saltwater cartridges for my saltwater hot tub and one of the cartridges was faulty. I noticed that I bought them at the end of December 2026 and the return policy was by the end of January. Since I’m to replace these saltwater cartridge every 4 months it doesn’t make any sense to buy a years worth of saltwater cartridges if one is defective. So please be careful and don’t buy more than you need or you will be buying more saltwater cartridges because the return policy has expired. The photo is the defective cartridge.
