I just got them and they seem dry. Not wet enough to do both feet at all. Please advise.Is this normal?

The wipes have just the right amount of wetness and solution to clean both feet. If you feel that you'd like to use one wipe per foot, you can do that.

You should be able to do so. If you have some specific concerns ask her medical doctor. Some people complain about the smell. This is a fix. I use disposable gloves. My feet look much better and I am of a particular age.

Can it be used for jock itch?

I doubt that the product is strong enough.
