This stuff is delicious! I was bummed at first because I was doing strict keto at the time and the label is misleading as the carbs are net carbs, but I needed to restrict total carbs. So it threw my total carbs for the day all out of whack. But now that I'm back to a more balanced diet this has become a staple! It's the perfect lower carb, lower sugar alternative to traditional granola. I use it in nonfat greek yogurt with some fruit.

This no added sugar granola tastes sweet but did not explode my glucose level read from CGM. So glad to find a product like this. Would recommend to those who has concerns with diabetes

I liked the taste of all the varieties of this cereal. I use Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk to keep it light. There are two negatives. The first is the price. There isn't much cereal in these pouches to last like a box of cereal we're accustomed to, so you have to keep to the portion size to make it last longer. The second negative is the portion size. It isn't much cereal and I usually get hungry in a couple of hours after I've had this cereal, so it's best to have some low-carb fruit with it or something else of low-carb. I have made low-carb pancakes and had one pancake with this cereal but I keep to the portion size of the cereal in order to make it last longer as it is expensive.

Almost as good as the blueberry one they sale.

I’m a bodybuilder and type 2 diabetic. I have to work hard to find good granola that’s tasty, not high in sugar, and of good quality. I am terrible at getting my carb macro and I eat granola daily to help boost it. This stuff is soo sooo good! The only thing I would say is the cinnamon pecan is not cinnamon-y enough for me, and to add more. These are tasty, low in sugar, no nasty ingredients and I am happy. Will order again.
