This pan/griddle is what I was looking for. It functions as my stainless steel pan, just lower walls and wider. I used it to cook dosas and this was the first time I got all of my dosas to release (8 dosas). Nothing burned because nothing stuck that wouldn't release with the metal spatula. I didn't have to soak it for more than a minute and everything scrubbed right off. It's lighter than my stainless steel pan, so it's more ergonomic.It also worked for searing salmon so it is versatile.

Even heating and cleans up easily. No sticky residue remains. Washes out quickly in soap and water

We love it! It is durable and stainless steel, and the glass lid lets us see what we are cooking. We like the size and double handles that balance the weight when lifting and that don’t get hot to the touch.

Great pan. Only weighs a couple pounds and is great for cooking several items at once. Heats well and cooks food evenly.

This MADE IN CHINA Lolykitch 13" Stainless Steel Griddle is crapola when it comes to making pancakes, due to significant uneven heat distribution. Some pancakes came out over cooked as others came out undercooked. It also cannot be stainless as it stained (in the center) after only one use. All my cookware is stainless steel NOT made by Lolykitch and have no issues with them. I wanted a stainless steel griddle specifically to make pancakes and this is not the one.

I cooked paella in this pan first which did not burn and it was on the stove for several hours. Then I cooked pancakes on it and they turned out great. I could get several on at a time. The stainless steel does not rust and is easy to clean.

A really useful steel pan, that can go from hob to oven. It’s size can accommodate most things and it’s two handles make it easy to manage too. Being stainless steel makes it very easy to clean and maintain. Plus, it’s very reasonably priced, so good quality for the money and it comes with a lid to make it even more versatile.

No es acero inoxidable. Una de las aspas llegó quebrada.

Me sorprendió gratamente la calidad de esta paellera. El acero inoxidable se siente robusto, pesado y resistente, dando la impresión de ser un utensilio duradero para el uso diario.El tamaño es muy bueno para preparar paella, tortillas, guisos o cualquier platillo que no requiera mucha profundidad. En nuestro caso, mi mamá la utilizó para freír tortillas para unas chilindrinas y quedó encantada con el resultado. Los alimentos no se pegaron y la cocción fue uniforme, lo que hizo el proceso mucho más sencillo.Las asas también se sienten firmes y la tapa resulta útil para conservar el calor mientras se cocina.Como punto a considerar, al ser de acero inoxidable transmite bastante bien el calor, por lo que las asas y la superficie pueden calentarse mucho durante el uso. Conviene manipularla con precaución o utilizar protectores para evitar quemaduras.En general, es una paellera de muy buena calidad, amplia y versátil, ideal para quienes buscan una opción resistente y funcional para cocinar diferentes tipos de alimentos.

Esta paellera me dejó una buena impresión en general, aunque en mi caso llegó con un detalle: una de las asas venía zafada de un lado, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante al abrirla. Y no traía algún tornillo o algo, solo se zafó.Fuera de eso, la calidad del material se siente muy buena. Es sólido pesado, lo que da confianza de que realmente es de acero tricapa. Las agarraderas son amplias y cómodas, lo que facilita moverla incluso cuando está caliente.Tiene muy buen tamaño, cabe bastante comida a pesar de no ser tan profunda. Y calienta uniformemente, si se deja el tiempo suficiente.La tapa es de vidrio grueso y también se siente de buena calidad. Además, tiene una válvula que permite liberar el exceso de vapor.Por el precio, me parece una gran opción. Si buscas un sartén grande y resistente este cumple bastante bien, solo considerando ese posible detalle de calidad en el envío.
