Chair is exactly as pictured!
Chair came fully assembled just had to take out of box pull upright and lock into place, which was very easy. The back tires were flat upon arrival but that was a quick fix to just putvairnin them. It is light weight under 60lbs which makes for easy portability. It's a very speedy chair even on the lowest setting, so take your time to get used to its power. It's comfortable enough, but a thicker padded cushion on the back and bottom would make it nicer. The arms do swing up for easy transfers, although personally I'd like for them to swing up a little further so I don't scratch my back transferring on/off it but it is workable. A head rest would have been nice, but does not come with one.. (I ordered a universal one to attach to this chair). Elevated legs rests would also have been a nice attachment, but chair does not come with those either.This chair is definitely made for getting around town, shopping, and walks with my family. Overall I really like this chair and highly recommend to those interested in buying it.

Very pleased
Got this for my dad (93yo) loves the freedom to go on outdoor rides. Good range and decent power. But it does not like loose dirt/ gravel. Hard surfaces do well. Grass ok as long as its not too mushy

Loading my chair
I love my new chair. I have one problem, when I ordered it I thought it folded using the remote it doesn't and trying to fold it when you are standing on one leg is hard. Also I thought it would solve my independence problem but now I have to find someone to load it because it is so heavy. Help needed for ideas to load
