I didn't really know what to expect! I don't have ADHD or anxiety but I do suffer with bouts of insomnia! I struggle to stay asleep for the whole night and I can wake many times and it has really left me struggling thro the day. After a lot of uming n ahhing I decided to give it a go! On the 1st night I only woke up once and I think this was because I was hot, nights 2/3/4/5 I was regularly sleeping straight thro! I do actually feel much better rested, and I feel less groggy when I wake up. It has definitely improved my quality of sleep!One slight down side is that it is a very hot blanket and as we are in the early part of the summer I wonder how I will cope when it is too hot! I'm looking into making a cotton cover to help keep me cool! The furry cover is nice tho and the weight is heavy but thankfully not too heavy! I broke my ankle twice and sometimes when the duvet is hanging off the bottom of the bed I wake up with an ache where it was pulling my foot. This is thankfully better as you can actually let the blanket n the beads keep it off my foot.Overall I am actually very impressed with it! Will be going away soon and I shall be taking it away with me. I use it on my bed and the sofa when I'm reading. As a sort of cure from my insomnia it's turned out to be very good investment!

I thought about getting one of these blankets for a long time and read different reviews. I eventually chose this one based on the fact you get a cover included and also the feedback from other people.Originally I struggled a little bit to attach the cover correctly and for the first few days I wasn't sure if I liked it. It is a strange feeling at first with a heavy weight on you. I have had the blanket for about a month now and I can honestly say I have got used to it and I am now having a great sleep. I wear a fitbit which shows my sleep through the night and I am having alot more deep sleep which is where your body and mind benefits the most. I would highly recommend trying this if you suffer from any stress or anxiety and would also say to give it a proper go as it can take a while to get used to it, in my experience it is worth the wait. For the price I am very pleased with the quality and do think it is very good value.

I bought this blanket hoping it would help with my pain and severe restless body syndrome. It worked treat. I slept really well and not too hot which I thought it might be. I found it very soothing. Thus evening my legs started being restless and so I took the blanket downstairs and put it across my legs and it stopped them immediately. So I'm more than pleased with how it's working for me so far. I'm sure it was a good investment and I will be taking it in my motorhome with me too.

This blanket has been a big hit with my son. He finds it relaxing and says it has helped him fall asleep more quickly. It is definitely heavy without being too hot. The cover is really nice plush material, and a very tasteful dark grey that would blend in everywhere.Sellers were also very helpful when I contacted them with a question.

Really calming without being suffocatingly heavy. The cover also means it's nice and warm on its own, perhaps even a little too warm sometimes! I love this.

Have had this for about 3 weeks now and the jury is still out.Very difficult to keep it from pooling without fiddling with it every day. Yes the tags are in place but this only helps marginally. It is also extremely warm with this and a duvet.My sleep has not improved at all so for me not worth the money. Wished I had used a company where you can try them first. They are a bit more expensive but i would have saved a bit of money on an expensive experiment.

I have only had this now for three nights and I feel it has made a difference. For someone who has had RLS for over 15 years and also an insomniac who also hates being too warm at night, this blanket is fab. I had pondered for a longtime about getting a weighted blanket but I am glad I did. If it has made me sleep better, then it’s a result. If it has not made me sleep any better it is a delight to be under. The feeling of the weight is amazing and the way it helps keep me cool to is a real bonus. It will also keep you warm to. Only the long term will tell if it really helps, but for now a thumbs up from me. The only thing for me is that I am 6’4” and generally lie straight rather than curled up, so I would just like it a little longer, but that is only a minor issue and does not hinder the use. Le sommeil est bel et bien changé avec cette couverture, mais petit bemol, il manquent cruellement d'attache à l'intérieur de la housse, et il manque également des passants sur la couverture elle meme, une nuit avec, la couverture n'a pas bougé dans la housse pour l'instant, mais je crains que cela ne soit le cas d'ici peu...
