EVOKE OCCU Sandalwood Essential Oils for Skin Care, Diffuser, Perfume, Candle and Soap Making - 4 FL Oz

This was the first time purchasing this brand. I stick to Now, Healing Solutions, VCS. Use to buy Eternal Essence until their prices increased sky high! I don't buy that brand anymore unless I find a half price sale. I really like the scent of this sandalwood. Vanilla and Sandalwood are 2 scents that are hard to find good scents. I've bought tons of Vanilla and they all are terrible. I bought Evoke's Vanilla but haven't received it yet. If it's as good as their sandalwood I'll be shocked! A lot of sandalwood smells like wood & dirt. This one smells like sandalwood. Some might not like it because it has a little of a cologne scent to it. But it definitely smells like sandalwood. I have it in my diffuser and my home smells great. I can smell it on the 3rd floor of our house. I purchased it because it was on sale. Just to give it a try. I was tired of buying little bottles that I had to repurchase 2 weeks later. The big bottle of Evoke is great. This bottle will last me 2 months. I have several diffusers & a wax warmer I use everyday. I'll leave a review for the Vanilla when I receive it. If the Vanilla is good I'll purchase the Cedarwood & Cinnamon and leave a review for those also. These bottles are large so I have to have others to mix scents.

Im obsessed. I bought one bottle of a few different oils and then got this to try mixing with others. I opened the bottle and could not stop sniffing it! I put some on my arm undiluted as I made some mixture sprays I also like and as I was mixing -this oil kept me sniffing my arm constantly. I could not pull away from it. I still cant. As it ages on the skin or atleast on my skin- it becomes magnetic. Sweet and subtle yet woodsy but warm. I cant even describe it. Im bedazzled. I ended up buying a second bottle to keep at work as a relaxant, and came home to buy two more so I can keep one in my truck to spray in the vents and another for my camp. To be honest Ill probably get 20 more bottles to stock up for a year. Lol. This is just crazy. Tonight I put it in my hair before bed, and added a few drops to my pillow case. I did some research on the different things its used for including skin repair and hair growth. Its simply amazing. I already love Frankincense and Myrrh for pain relief and now this has become my favorite oil for relaxing. I make the Frankincense and Myrrh and now add this to help lesson the strong ness of that mixture and it works perfectly! Pain relief plus a beautiful scent. Its dreamy to me. It beings me back in time to childhood smells from where I have no clue… but I love it. You should try this scent. Put it on your wrist and let it sit for a while and watch how it grows on you. Simply amazingly addictive. Ill be adding some to my shampoo and my lotions.

I read the size before I ordered, but I really expected a tiny little bottle. This bottle is huge. I put a 8-quart pot of boiling water on the stove to bring to a boil and try to bring the humidity up in the house. It gets so dry in the winter with the heat running. I added a couple teaspoons of this to freshen the air and the scent was over whelming. Dumped it out and tried again with just a few drops and it was prefect. Most amazing smell I never knew existed. Loved it.

It smells pleasant. You're going to like it. My mom likes it too. I enjoy buying this every time I've run out of it

I’ve been ordering the sandalwood for months now and it seems like the smell, depending on the bottle, is completely different. I noticed other reviews experiencing the same thing. I did notice my last bottle was extra cloudy, sort of brown. It’s typically almost clear most of the time. That one smelled like the original bottles I got in beginning. I don’t dislike either formula but it should be consistent. I still have subscribe and save for now but will reevaluate after the next shipment.

I use this sandalwood essential oil for hot towel shaves at the barbershop I own, and it’s been great. The scent is rich and clean, and it adds a relaxing, high-end feel to the service. My clients consistently compliment it and really enjoy the experience. The bottle is a good size, the dropper makes it easy to control how much you use, and a little goes a long way—especially when adding it to hot towels. Bottom line: excellent sandalwood scent and great quality—highly recommend for personal use or professional barbershop use.

Not Sandalwood. The first bottle I ordered has an amazing scent. But the late ones have a totally different scent, not even smell like Sandalwood. Very disappointing.

Many other choices but i tried this as size/price was good, when arrived yes it is indeed a pretty big bottle and the dropper was good quality too. It is marked as Indian Essential Oil. The actual liquid is a relatively thin oil and very potent I dont think I would expect anything stronger. That was excellent for my needs as I was putting it on dry pot pourri and it soaked in well and was strong. The actual scent is good too.
