I have never used these for my pool exercises. I am so glad I tried them. It really added a lot to my pool water walks and my pool kicking routines and pool jumping jacks.

I bought these cuffs for my wife because she prefers water-based aerobics to the dry land version. The foam is lightweight but tough. No funky smells, no water absorption, and they kept their buoyancy after repeated use. They are easy to size for ankles/wrists/arms. You can use them for a variety of moves. Ultimately, she didn't quite care for the fit/comfort of these, but the quality is there.

Works the core every time you wear them. Love them!

They are adequate. My ankles are small, so they slide up and down when working out my legs.

They didn’t seem to be adjustable at all as far as tightness and they did not fit my ankles at all. They kept sliding up over my calf, which made it very painful, they also put a lot of stress on my knees. They were returned.

These were great and they are multifunctional
