Surprisingly invisible, surprisingly effective
I canโt say I have bad skin, I usually only get one pimple every 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, Iโm also a chronic pimple popper and skin picker, and as Iโve gotten older, my skin has stopped pretending those decisions never happened. These patches have been a game changer. I put one on after my shower before bed, and by morning the pimple is usually gone, or at least significantly improved. The trick is to use them on pimples that have already come to a head. They donโt really do much for deep, blind pimples, but for surface ones theyโre incredibly effective. What impressed me most is how invisible they are. They stick extremely well and blend into my skin so naturally that Iโve accidentally worn one to work because I genuinely couldnโt find it in the mirror. If your coworkers notice, theyโre much more observant than mine. I also like that they stay put all night without peeling off onto the pillow. Removal is easy, and they donโt irritate my skin. The box includes two sizes, but I find myself reaching for the larger patches almost every time since theyโre more forgiving if you donโt place them perfectly. Iโve never tried other brands, so I canโt compare them, but these do exactly what I wanted. If youโre trying to break the cycle of picking at pimples (or at least minimize the damage afterward), these are absolutely worth keeping in the bathroom cabinet. Highly recommended.

These really work. So grateful to have found them.
I love this product. I have never left a review on any of the (beauty) products I have purchased through Amazon (I buy bulk household goods along with everything else). I used to work in a hospital in the Florida Keys. I saw an unprecedented amount of MRSA there (not sure if it's the heat, constant sweating, ocean or bayside water). After a year of working around this stuff; I myself got this highly contagious infection. I thought it was spider bite and all said and done it almost killed me. It took over 2 years for my system to fight this off. I can't count how many times doctors have had to slice into my face which caused extremely deep scars. Well, many years later I am fighting hormonal acne (45 years old and living in Tennessee) and it often comes up under these scars. It makes the scarring worse because to get out- it has to create a path around the scar to healthy skin. That means what should be a normal pimple turns into a huge, unsightly mess. I am always touching my face and even though I know it makes it worse; the always wrong "popping". I came across these kinds of patches and tried another brand the first time. Well, they fell right off my face and it was a huge waste. I did like the bigger patches that covered a large area at night, but even though this size stayed on, it did not pull out the gunk, there are not enough of them, and they didn't help with healing. I tried the Rael brand next. Let me tell you these things stick, you clearly see the ick they get out, they stop inflammation and redness (not to mention protect from me from touching). These stay on even when I put lotion on top of them. With both products I made sure to apply to a clean, dry face. I can't explain how nice it is to watch these pimples go away, not deal with unsightly, angry, red, big pimples on my face. These work and I put them on right over the scarred area's when I see or feel one of those really deep pimples coming. They have already stopping new scarring because they actually pull that crap out right through the scar. This doesn't happen overnight but a couple of days and they heal instead of getting infected and hanging around for weeks. If you have any problems with acne I would say to give these a shot. I do wish they had bigger patches that cover wide areas for bedtimes. Maybe they do and I just haven't found them?? My personal experience has been great and this is my new "go to" product. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with deep, painful acne, and those that get normal pimples because I deal with both.

Recommend if you want something effective and not super obvious on your face!
I reorder this every month because itโs seriously the only pimple patch Iโve found that actually works quickly and stays on even when Iโm moving around. Most patches either fall off or look super obvious on my skin, but these ones adhere really well and are much more discreet than others Iโve tried. The clear matte finish blends nicely so people donโt even notice them โ perfect for daytime or overnight wear. They really do help draw out the gunk and reduce redness by the next morning, which is honestly everything I want in a zit patch. Pros: โ๏ธ Works fast on pimples โ๏ธ Sticks well โ doesnโt peel off easily โ๏ธ Invisible/low-profile look โ๏ธ Easy and comfortable to wear Cons: ๐ Wish there were more sizes included (but still great overall)

Finicky but effective
These work best on dry, unmoisturized skin on pimples that are in the process of forming but haven't come to the surface yet. I tried following the list of steps on the back and moisturized but had a hard time getting them to stick even after letting the moisturizer soak in. Tried putting on pimples that had come to the surface, but didn't get anything out of them. However, I had one that was a hard irritated bump with no white head on it and left a patch on for about 4 hours and could already tell a difference. It was flat and had pulled stuff out.

Wonderful, no residue, effective, no EOs or other additives.
Skin type: dry, 40s, rosacea. When CosRX patches in Canada suddenly becoming obvious, ineffective, sticky mess knockoffs, I suddenly needed to find new acne patches. Iโm allergic to lavender, tea tree, rosemary, and eucalyptus essential oils and extracts, and after browsing the various products out there, found tea tree in their descriptions often enough I realized finding an effective acne patch that wonโt hurt me would be harder than just picking the top rated ones. I wasnโt interested in any of the star shaped or otherwise colorful ones, for me I prefer the clear version, not just for aesthetic reasons but also so I can see when it needs changing. I also donโt want to use microdart patches as my skin barrier tends to be compromised already due to my rosacea, it needs all the gentle care it can get and microdarts are not recommended for open sores, which admittedly, I do sometimes pick my skin until I put a patch on, something I think everyone is guilty of. You canโt be too careful with your skin, so I was in the market for a regular patch, no EOs, no actives, no microdarts, just regular colloidal acne patches. These are exactly what I need. Effective, they do what the CosRX used to do. They stick well but donโt leave residue when removed. Iโve had some stickiness here or there but nothing gross or hard to remove, just a quick wipe with micellar water does the trick. They even stick on moisturized skin, and applying sunscreen over them doesnโt pull them off. They last all day. They are semi-matte, so theyโre not very obvious by being either too shiny or too flat, they match moisturized skin well. I donโt wear foundation on the daily, I work in a lab and itโs not a great plan, so I canโt really say one way or the other how they work with foundation. I donโt feel applying foundation over these would work well, so I would do your makeup, then use a q-tip with micellar water to remove your makeup from where the patch will apply, put it on, and tap out the edges. I had tried cutting my own patches out of colloidal bandaids, but the material is too thick to not notice on your skin, and it was difficult to get the right size and not have corners that lift. The value per patch is very high in my book, given the longevity and effectiveness. With no EOs, they donโt irritate my skin or cause worse sensitivity issues I caused myself by not being careful about using EO-containing products (even if they say hypoallergenic or dermatologist approved, youโre putting yourself at risk!). I will continue to buy again and again.

All the reviews are right--THEY WORK
I saw an ad for these pop up on Facebook, and I was intrigued. I'd been wanting to try Zitsticka, but the price of Rael is better. A comment from another user led me to look them up on Amazon, and this is, by far, the best deal on an already affordable product. At the very least, it was a minimal investment to take a chance on and try something new--and I've tried a lot of things to help my acne. Now if you're looking for something to heal primarily cystic acne, you'll want to check out the Rael microneedle patches (which I think is the more comparable product to Zitsticka). However, I had a doozie pop up and these still reduced the size in a shorter amount of time. No bringing it to a "head" or anything messy like that--just gradually made it smaller. The microneedle patches probably do a better job with these kinds of pimples (which I plan on buying as well), but nonetheless, I was impressed. What I'm really impressed by is how these patches are healing my stubborn acne that has been around for a long time. I have zits that just never go away 100%. They may decrease in size at times or become more manageable to cover with makeup, but they are still always there. But after a few nights of using these patches on my more troublesome zits, this is the smoothest they've been in a long time. Every morning when I remove the patches, they have pulled more "gunk" from the zits. Furthermore, I have a dark spot leftover from a cystic zit over a year ago, and a patch on for a couple nights in a row has begun to lighten it. I'm convinced I'm on my way to a much clearer face. I also had a random new zit or two that popped up--I was able to zap them with a patch right away and they were completely gone overnight. I imagine the stubborn spots are just going to take a little more time. Now the thing everyone wants to know is if they are truly invisible, can they be worn out during the day, under makeup and so on? In short....no....I wouldn't. They're pretty close to invisible, but not quite. They are still noticeable in certain light and angles. But maybe if you have a pretty bad zit, you'd find wearing a patch over it favorable to going without. They also become white in the center as they pull more "gunk" from the zit, which makes them even more noticeable. As for under makeup, again, I wouldn't. I'm no dummy when it comes to makeup and I have a feeling it just wouldn't look right. I imagine foundation would gather around the edge of the patch throughout the day, making it more noticeable. And I'm not sure foundation would stick to the patches the same way it does to skin. No, these are definitely best as an overnight treatment. Plus, it's pretty satisfying seeing the results each morning. If you're a picker (don't lie--it happens to the best of us) or enjoy popping zits, the satisfaction in removing the patches in the morning is equivalent. I'm just a 36 year old lady who's been dealing with acne and skin texture most of her teen and adult life. I don't boast about much when it comes to skin care, because only a handful of products out there seem to really make a difference. These patches are one of them. Try them. I think you will like them.

It's not invisible
These pimple patches do what they're supposed to โ they cover the spot and help it heal faster. My daughter used them overnight and seen good results. However, they are not as invisible as the listing suggests. You can definitely see them on your skin, especially if you're not wearing makeup over them. They're more of a matte, noticeable patch rather than a true "invisible" cover. Fine for home or overnight use, but probably not what you want for daytime wear under makeup or in bright lighting.

A lifesaver for whiteheads and preventing acne scarring
Iโve been using hydrocolloid pimple patches for years, and these are the ones I consistently repurchase. They work best on true whiteheads. When used overnight, they absorb fluid, reduce redness, and noticeably flatten the blemish by morning. The biggest benefit for me is that they protect the area so Iโm not tempted to pick, which has made a huge difference in preventing lingering marks and scarring. The patches are thin, stay in place well, and are subtle enough that I feel comfortable wearing them out for errands or walks. Theyโre more common in public now, and these blend in better than most. One thing to note is that they donโt stick well to skin thatโs been recently moisturized or treated with other skincare products. I get the best results applying them to clean, dry skin. Also, if youโre looking for something decorative, these are very plain. Theyโre not the cute star or heart-shaped patches youโll see from some other brands. Iโve also found they can be helpful when used as part of a broader acne routine for early-stage blemishes, even before a whitehead fully forms. My skin heals faster and looks calmer compared to leaving breakouts uncovered. If you deal with occasional whiteheads and want something effective and low-profile, these are worth keeping on hand.

The Only Pimple Patches I Use Now
After spending a lot of time in South Korea, I picked up a lot of beauty habits โ including using acne patches whenever I've got pimples. While I tried a few brands when I was in Korea, I wasn't able to find many brands in Canada. My friend is actually the one who started using these, and after letting me borrow a few, I found I really liked them. Once I finally purchased my own pack, I became even more opinionated about them. I only use these pimple patches now. They stick well (except if you put them on right after skincare like creams or serums). You can visibly see them working. Once they go white, you know it's pulled out the bacteria, and you can remove it to replace it with a new patch (if needed). I like that it's quite matte when you put it on, which means it blends into your skin well. I don't usually wear makeup so I can't comment on whether it works well with makeup. I can say that I've worn them to dance where I sweat a lot and they do become very visible and will peel off at the edges if you sweat too much. That's really my ownly complaint about them.

The only ones that actually work.
I will vouch for these until I die - they are genuinely the only patches i've tried that actually work.

Does what it needs to do.
Very effective and practically invisible on my pale skin. They are a bit expensive, but absolutely worth it if you canโt wear the cute pimple patches with the designs on them. Iโm not sure how invisible these will be on darker skin tones, but you can always dab a tiny lil bit of concealer on them.

The best!
The best patches I have used on my blemish prone skin. They are great value for money and the two sizes are ideal. They stay on really well and work as expected.
