Great grease for genie screw drive door openers
Great grease for garage door screw drives low viscosity temp goes on easily works great on genie screw drives and much more cost effective than 3 to 4 dollars per 1/4 ounce grease appears to be same product as genie and applies the same get ounces for the 3/4 ounce price. Great quality product fast shipping and cost effective pricing would definitely purchase again.

Works as it should
Purchased this grease to make my garage door a little quieter. Seems to be working pretty well. Door hinges (Of a sectional style door) wouldn't turn before or when I was applying the grease. They would squeak something awful, kinda like nails on a chalkboard. However after one application, and about 20 open/close repetitions all but one round barrel hinge are absolutely silent. That one refuses to quiet down. The hinges can now be turned by hand with just two fingers. I also greased the track (w.e its called) That pulls the door up (not the tension springs lol). The door also jerks less, which I think has to do with the hinges of the sectional actually rotating so the door can bend and open up.After one week, I'm going to apply another dosage, and see the effect. I'll comment further if the duration quality is less than exemplary. So all in all. Great buy. Works good, not too pricey, and has alot of product.

Cost effective
Pros: Works well with screw type garage door openers, the white color of the grease makes it easy to see when applying, cheaper per ounce than grease made specifically for garage door mechanisms and works just as well. Better than using lubricant sprays which are temporary and doesn't last as long as grease.Cons: The plastic tube does not collapse permanently when squeezed from the bottom but retains its shape making it a little difficult to squeeze the grease out evenly. Would be nice if you could roll the tube from the bottom up to get the grease out efficiently after each use.Worth the cost and I'd purchase it again.

No More Squeaky Squeaky
My garage door has had a horrible squeak that's been getting increasingly worse the last couple of weeks. In fact, it seemed like the garage door was binding slightly. I thought it was time to call the garage door service - but after reading the reviews, thought I'd try this product. It worked as advertised. I applied the lubricant at various points and ran the garage door a few times. It still squeaked at first. Then I applied in a few more points and ran the door a few more times. After about seven times the squeak disappeared completely. The tube is a little small. I used a whole one on my garage door. I'll buy another one to do our other door. This product saved me money on a service call.

Greasy Kid's Stuff
Everyone has an opinion on what to lube the garage door assembly. Everything from WD-40 to specialized lubes like this one. The lube was applied and it was ok. It is thick and not a drippy spray mess. I just went from a old Genie screw opener (it broke after 17 years) to a Liftmaster. The gentleman who did the replacement recommended a very old product but new to me called Blaster Silicone spray. This is not an endorsement for Blaster but the reason why I am leaving this tube behind is that it does attract dust and dirt and did not do a great job.

Got quickly. My normal supplier says they stopped making these in small tubes. Forcing us to purchase large tubes that don’t work. I won’t buy anymore from them. Thx.
