So excited to receive this … didn't have a peppery taste, I was looking for that, but other than that it was smooth and have a nice body to it .

I am not an expert, but this is the best tasting olive oil I've tasted so far! A neighbor of mine recommended this olive oil and I've been using it ever since. Light and flavorful, it is my go to for salads and bread dipping. I began experimenting with other olive oils and found this one to be superior to one that was double the price and said to be preferred by chefs. This one has no bitter aftertaste, either.
