Awesome taste and consistency
This is my favorite tahini sauce that I’ve tried so far. It’s perfect drizzled over roasted veggies. It’s creamy and squeezes out of the container very well. It’s not too thick, but also not too runny. It’s the perfect consistency.

best tahini i have tried
This tahini was recommended by a vegan YouTuber I follow. instead of just buying some at the grocery store like I usually do, I clicked the link to help her out. Even though it's quite expensive, it's worth it for the quality. Most tahini I have tried has tasted bitter, and it tends to separate and be hard to stir. I'm not sure what magic they performed on the sesame seeds here, but this brand has a nice flavor and consistency. It tastes good straight out of the jar. When I used it to make hummus, it turned out much better than usual. The consistency is much runnier than other nut butters and other tahini brands I have tried, even after refrigeration. This might be a problem for some, but for me it made it a lot easier to scoop and measure. And the extra moisture made it easier to blend the hummus. I'm always excited to learn a new cooking hack, so the benefits of using a high quality tahini is a welcome discovery.
