Is this just citrus juice or is there a spicy flavor added to it?

This is 100% yuzu citrus juice, and there is no additional ingredient. Yuzu is not spicy, but has a refreshing sour flavor with highly refreshing aroma. If you look for spicy yuzu food, you can try "yuzu kosho"(Japanese traditional food) to which chili peppers are blended.

Does this contain citric acid as a stabilizer?

It doesn’t say it’s the first press but I’m pretty positive it is. It tastes strong and delicious, unlike some others I tried that tasted weak. I recommended this product to some of my friends and they were very pleased.
