Lakanto Organic Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol, Classic White, 1 lb

In an effort to eat healthier, I have been looking for a cane sugar substitute and am so happy to have found this Monk Fruit Sweetener. I use it to sweeten my green tea and collagen drink in the morning, and I've also used it to bake with. This sweetener can be too sweet, so I use half the amount called for in recipes. When I make my 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies, I use 1/3 cup of Mong Fruit Sweeter instead of 2/3 cup sugar in the recipe. The cookies come out perfect and tasty.

I then purchased the bulk bag of Monk fruit sweetener with allulose, the new order also arrived quickly. This production tastes like real sugar, no strange odor, great on my daily cooking and baking. My 84 year old mother was able to digest it very well.

i’ve been using this product for years, but I can’t always get it in the supermarket or I forget to purchase it so buying it from Amazon has made it easy. I live the taste; sweet with no chemical aftertaste. I primarily use it for my coffee, but will also toss it in lieu of sugar for baking or to add a bit of sweetness to any recipe that calls for sugar.

I use this for all my sweet baking. Measures like sugar and has no bad aftertaste. No graininess low calorie helps maintain blood sugar. I highly recommend
