These were purchased for my grandmother. She says they help her hear much better and she is very happy with them. They fit her ear well and she says they don’t emit any kind of “white noise” sound into her ear canal. They arrived charged and ready to use. They have 3 volume levels to choose from. The package contains 2 hearing aids, a charging case and power cord (will need a USB outlet for the cord) different size ear cushions for each hearing aid, cleaning brush, cloth, and swabs, and a user booklet. Item arrived quickly. Very happy with the purchase.

The volume control has four volume levels. I use the first two depending on the surroundings. The sound quality is clear and the background noise reduction feature works very well. The Recharge case protects the hearing aids as they are charging using an USB-C cable that came with them. You can carry the Recharge case in your pocket These hearing aids were well worth the cost for a very good product. I highly recommend these

I purchased this pair of hearing aids for my mother to use while in the hospital, since at this pricepoint we can afford for them to go missing. We had an issue with the first pair, since Mom tried to use them on their own while poorly medicated--and customer service could not have been better. The second time, Mom--who hates getting help from family members--was able to figure them out on her own, even while not feeling well at all. There's one on-off switch, and a second button to press for 4 different sound levels. Simple and easy to remember. Mom said they were very comfortable--better than the ear buds we tried. Sound feedback was close to zero. Echo was minimal. The charging case was also very simple to use, and the charge held a very long time (even though nurses offered overnight recharging). Although nothing compares with custom-fitted hearing aids, I'd recommend these for anyone not willing (or not able) to spend thousands on pair that might get lost or stolen. A great "starter" set or temporary solution for hospital patients, travelers, or stubborn, independent elderly family members who refuse "help".

I got these for my dad who has been resistant to the idea of hearing aids. I got these because they are easy to use (they turn on automatically after a few seconds once you remove them from the charger, and there is only one button to press if you want to volume to change from low > medium > hi). After he put them in I was surprised because he said he could hear everything better and didn't take them out right away :) SO I guess that is a success! They have different size fittings for the ear included (s,m,l) and some q tips and a cleaning brush and cloth. The instructions are small font but they don't really need to be read, just put them on and when done they charge in the battery case which can plug into USB to charge up the case. When he wears these, I actually don't see them unless I look closely, the part behind the ear is hidden by his hair.
