Hello, what is the difference between Grass & Regular biltong?

Why is the regular smaller and more expensive?

Thanks for asking and nice to "meat" you. The Regular size is 4 oz vs the Grass-Fed that is 2 oz. The Regular is more expensive because it has more delicious ounces of beef biltong. The Grass-Fed is a little more expensive per ounce because Grass-Fed cows are more expensive to raise and thus, the beef is more expensive too. Hope this helps! Well, on the bag it says 100% grass fed beef no hormones or antibiotics. Also says that the organic listing means it doesn't use GMO ingredients.You can always email the company to be sure.

How much protein does Biltong have per oz?

Ayoba-Yo Biltong has 16g of protein per ounce. That is more than the leading jerky. The reason for this is that our unique Biltong air-drying process leaves more of the muscle fibers intact (vs low temp cooking in jerky) and therefore less of the protein is broken down.
