I have contacted customer support multiple times, however I have not received any proper response or assistance from your team. This is very disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Bajaj. I request you to arrange a replacement for the damaged jar at the earliest under the warranty terms. Please treat this as a priority and provide a resolution immediately.

Don't buy, worst product by BAJAJ. buy just 2 months back. Plastic jar start leakage problem. When I see it thoroughly, then find some hair crack at bottom of the jar near blades. Also when approaching customer care for complaint registration. No response & no support. Hence no resolution. Go for prestige or philips product. Don't buy. Don't waste your money.
