This has made my quality of life so much better! I got tired of working off a laptop all the time, so I splurged on this docking station and invested in a monitor and a keyboard. I don't need double monitors, I just needed to get off the laptop and have a bigger screen to work on, and this solved all my problems. It's cute, has a tiny footprint, and works flawlessly. I have a single monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a label printer, a webcam and a speaker all plugged into this Baseus docking station and it is just seamless. I actually enjoy going to work now! I can't fault it.

Great hub, compatible, small size with easy set up and connecting. The display in the front shows all info i need, regarding to how it's connecting and which device is charging, the temperature for using both charging and connecting does not feel hot at all. I normally has one screen, 1 to 2charging devices at the same time, and the monitor connecting to it stay connected all the time, the speed of transmission are no lag at all for office works. and Baseus have been generous on providing a lengthy cable for connecting to laptop, comparing to other brands hub are so short it make it diffcult to use the laptop's keyboard.

I use this at my home office. I’ve been able to add two external monitors to my Microsoft surface along with using and external keyboard and mouse. I am also able to connect my home laptop and have access to my printer and my cricut for crafting. The docking station is compact so it doesn’t require much desk space. This helps with Organization and Functionality, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This product worked very well and was everything that it said it was easy to set up and it functions very well. I’m really happy with it.

For the price, this little unit works pretty well. I am using this unit to connect two external monitors to my laptop. It also keeps my laptop charged. I had a problem with my ethernet connection when I ran it through the hub. When I connected directly to my laptop, the problem went away. I think it is good value for the price.

I bought this docking station as a birthday gift for my brother, who is a programmer, and he was so happy with it. He started using it right away and said he really likes it. He even wants to buy another one for his workplace.

The docking station experiences power-related issues that prevent it from consistently connecting to my DisplayPort monitor. The connection typically only works after disconnecting and reconnecting the USB-C cable from my laptop. Based on my experience, this appears to be a power limitation, as the replacement docking station I purchased does not have this issue and includes a significantly larger power supply. While this dock may function adequately for basic laptop-to-single-monitor setups, it does not function as a high-quality or reliable option.

I’ve been using this Baseus 11-in-1 docking station with my Windows laptop for a while, and overall it works very well. The build feels solid, the ports are easy to access, and it helps keep my desk much cleaner. HDMI and DisplayPort output worked smoothly for my external monitors, and the USB-C/USB-A transfer speed is fast enough for daily work. The Ethernet connection is stable, and the included power adapter is a nice bonus since I don’t need to buy one separately. It does get slightly warm after long use, but nothing unusual for a dock with this many ports.
