Just like some believe you should only have Yorkshire puddings with Roast beef there are those who think mint sauce only accompanies Lamb. Wrong. It's a great accompaniment to most roast dinners, just are Yorkshire puddings. Don't be scared to enjoy it with pretty much everything for a nice refreshing change. We love mixing it in with the gravy to make a minty gravy, gets everywhere you need it then with no hidden places without flavour. Yum.
