Great quality for low cost
I am amazed at the sound quality of these hearing aids. I am very happy with my purchase. I was able to hear more easily the people in my life who I think talk quietly. I donโt have to ask them to repeat as often. I can have the car radio volume lower and hear it well. The sound quality is good, not tinny. They are easy to insert and remove and so far they stay put. The battery life seems plenty long for my use. The volume and frequency can be adjusted. They come with various sizes of plastic ear domes. Their charging case and maintenance are convenient and not complicated. Audien has proactive customer service. A few days after delivery, Carlo from Audien called to find out how my experience has been using Atom One. I think if I had issues, Audien would give me a credit toward more expensive and newer versions but for now I am happy with what I have. I had the usual good purchase experience and delivery with Amazon. The listing had a $10 Amazon coupon. The Atom One is a worthwhile expense for me to see if hearing aids would be comfortable for me and would make a difference. A few days after delivery, there was a 20% Amazon discount and the only way Amazon would have given me the price adjustment was if I returned the aids I received and ordered new ones using the better discount. That seemed short-sighted given that: the items had been in my ears; I wanted to keep them; and Amazon would have to pay for return shipping. But that is Amazonโs policy. I didnโt return and reorder. I have mild hearing loss due to age/damage, not fluid buildup, and for me the Atom One hearing aids are a great quality and low-cost option.

Helpful product for enhancing my hearing.
Robyn was very helpful in teaching me how to use the hearing aids, including how to use volume and frequency control, keeping them clean, and how to insert them. I really like how well the hearing aids assist my hearing, and they are very comfortable to wear. I can hardly tell that I am wearing them. They weigh almost nothing at all. And now I don't have to say "what" to my husband every time he speaks to me. His words are very clear. The batteries last all day. I have not had to remove them to charge while I am using them. I would buy them again.

Awesome product, Just needs to be louder
I love that you can use them right out of the box. They are reasonably priced and I was truly hoping that these would work well for me, but the volume does not go high enough for me to hear my loved ones. I do not have the money to try the higher priced versions, but Iโm wondering if they would work better for my hearing loss. The fit is a bit awkward, but you just have to play with it to find the best fit for you. Battery life is pretty good. It lasts a long time. I also love that these hearing aids are lightweight. All in all, itโs an awesome product, just needs to be louder.

So many good features.
My hearing loss is severe and I have not been happy with prescription hearing aids. Ther are so many things II love about these hearing aids. They are easy to use, recharging is easy and there's no batteries to worry about, the case is perfect for storing them and when you put the hearing aids in it here is only one way it will fit to charge so you know if its charging properly, charging is quick and the aids hold the charge well. There is no on/off button so that is convenient. The volume button is small but I found that if you take the pointy side of one of the tools you can adjust it just fine. They give you an assortment of filters to use depending on the size that should fit most ears. The problem I had is that since these fit inside your ear, fit and size are paramount. Needless to say, if the fit is not perfect and you turn your head or something it will fall out. And knowing this, I was super careful and still I lost one. I hope the company will make these in over the ear style because the sound was very good for the price and quality. The company has excellent customer service and follow-through to ensure an issue is resolved. I've also learned that they do make over-the-ear hearing aids, so that will be another one purchased in the near future.

Finally can hear again!
I'm 67 and didn't want to spend thousands on hearing aids. These FDA registered OTC hearing aids work amazing. No prescription required which saved me so much time and money. The automatic noise reduction helps me hear my grandkids clearly.

These are superior!
This is my third and best OTC hearing aid. Plus #1: The volume and tone controls are small screwdriver slotted set with an included small plastic tool that I keep in my wallet. The previous units had a small pushbutton on the outer face that got used to push the unit into my ear while simultaneously resetting the controls to a usually loud screeching level. My last pair had a single button that theoretically distinguished between a short and long touch badly which resulted in changing the wrong setting frequently, Very unhandy. This Atom pair I've set once and done. Plus #2: The charging case comes complete with a wall plug and the cable to connect to the plug and charging case. The last outfit I bought did not include the wall plug. I didn't have one except in my car for my cell phone at 12 volts. Plus #3: At least so far not one problem. My Medicare supplied pair through my GM retirement were awful. Though the required trip to audiologist included molds of both ears, the ones I got fit painfully bad. The audiologist insisted that she only could install the ap to control volume etc to my Apple phone and she did so in another room. She then pointed out that only she had password control over the installation. The program is intrusive even when not wearing the hearing aids. I also noted my weekly Apple usage report showed many more hours of use than what I had worn as well as midnight to 2 AM usage when not wearing them and I'm in bed asleep! I think I zapped the ap but I'll check when I return to the audiologist to donate that set to a charity. Bonus plus: These new ones fit much much better and are smaller and actually much less noticeable. The audiologist tried to tell me her outfit was worth $4,000! Two years ago I was quoted $6,000 at my local cataract and laser rented space for the recommended "really good" pair so I guess thousands are possible, but not from me! My only complaint is that the first pair of OTC hearing aids that I got from W...... had a recharging battery in the case that could also charge the hearing aids. I didn't see any kind at my local store recently and would have only bought some if they had the above mentioned controls as opposed to the push buttons. I can easily live without the charger battery and these from Atom are great and I got them by ordering from home. Yup, I'm quite happy. DWG

Good starter device, but sound clarity could be better
I purchased this device for my father, and overall he is satisfied with it. It is easy to use, comfortable to wear, and it has clearly improved his ability to hear compared to before. That said, the sound quality seems somewhat limited. While voices are audible, they are not always as clear or natural as we had hoped, especially in more challenging listening environments. My father still feels that he does not hear at 100%, which suggests this may be more of an entry-level device rather than a premium solution. For someone looking for an affordable, straightforward hearing aid, this is a solid option and a good starting point. However, users with higher expectations for sound clarity or performance in noise may eventually want to consider a higher-tier model or additional fine-tuning. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in sound quality.

Works, but with some noise and resonance
The Product works to a degree. When everything is to the optimum, it gives good amplification. However, it's tricky to make it work. It gives a lot of constant beeping noise. You can maneuver it to take the noise off, but sometimes it is hard. When the amplification is on, you can hear almost nicely, except some resonance. The worst part of resonance is when you talk, your ear feels uncomfortable from it. So, when your main purpose is talking, it's better not to have it on. I only need it for one ear, but you can imagine when you have them for both ears. It says once the devices are in the charging box, they are turned off. However, very often the beeping noise is still on. You have to maneuver it again to have the noise off.
