After crashing my Core i7 10th gen laptop with RTX 2070 Max-Q, I decided to make the switch to a desktop PC with a Ryzen processor, aiming to avoid the noisy fans and high temperatures. This CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Master has blown my expectations away. Not only does it outperform my previous machine, but it also handles games like GTA 5 Online on maxed-out settings, delivering consistent 80-110 fps—something my old laptop couldn’t achieve even on medium settings. The future-proof DDR5 motherboard allows for easy upgrades, whether it’s the GPU, RAM, or SSD. There’s even room to add extra PCIe connectors like USB3 and USB-C ports, which is a great bonus. The RGB lighting is a nice touch, fully customizable with the ASUS app, and I love how quiet this machine is, even under heavy load. You can control fan noise and adjust CPU/GPU performance using the Armoury Crate software. One thing to keep in mind: double-check all cables and make sure the GPU and RAM are properly seated before your first boot. The PC comes with a 16GB RAM stick from Patriot, running at 6000 MT/s with CL36 latency, which is perfect for my current needs. In the future, I might upgrade to 4x32GB RAM to boost my machine learning work. Overall, this machine is incredible—performing like a high-end gaming laptop but at a fraction of the cost, with ultra-quiet operation and excellent FPS. Plus, it comes with a high-quality gaming mouse and keyboard right out of the box. Definitely worth every penny!

From the several hours using it. : Games running on high/ultra settings on the go. 1440p; 30~60fps 1080p; 120fps Can reach up to 500 fps in 1080p with the right settings in certain games. I'd recommend getting 2bars of RAM.

My current rating: I was super excited about this PC. Right out of the gate, the box came damaged with tears in one side of it and a corner damaged. I opened the PC box, inspected the case and found that the far back left corner of the case was dented on top and around the corner. It was also cracked all the way around the corner. So, the case was damaged right off the bat. Attempting to see if the PC worked: plugging in and getting power, the PC turned on and the RGB lights and customization for this PC are stunning, I will admit that. However, that was all diminished by the fact that absolutely none of the display ports or the HDMI ports worked at all. None. I am guessing it could be a faulty GPU or the GPU was damaged in transit. I do not know because I could not get a monitor to work and I tried two different monitors and three different kinds of HDMI, display to HDMI cables. My monitors were compatible and I know that these cables worked because I have been using them with my current PCs. Reaching out to customer service with cyberpower was easy and the gentleman I spoke with was straightforward and nice. Now, here is another 'however', the turnaround time for shipping, fixing, and getting this PC back is approximately one month. I think that is a crazy long turnaround time to fix a PC that was brand new and possibly damage in transit or came faulty to start with. I think that the specs on this PC are very, very good for the price point and I am hoping that they will fix it to the perfect condition that I expected it to be when buying a brand new product. I will update my review when I get the PC back in my hands and I see zero damage and a perfectly functioning PC with no issues. Until then, this is getting a one star for the PC and the condition it arrived in and from Cyberpower and their turnaround time for warranty repairs. EDIT: After reading a lot of the feedback about the company's warranty and repair department, I decided not to risk it and returned the PC for a refund. Summarized? Pretty PC, great specs, damaged and Dead On Arrival. Useless.

Great pc for the price when I purchased. Got this prebuilt for $850 plus tax and haven't looked back. Everything works as intended and does well with AAA games.
