Nice machine, works for people 5 foot 3 to 6 feet tall. Instruction manual provides quality drawings and ordered steps which the hardware packages match. Note: look at the last steps to get the cables on the correct side of the pulley. Did have a part that was lost in shipping(7lb part broke thru the box) BUT sent chat and heard back immediately. Piper had the replacement to me within days.

My order was placed April 30 , delivery date promised May 6 thru 8 , this is May 4th and i need to get busy as all 4 boxes are on my porch. Not yet opened but every thing looks good . Thanks , Steve So i got busy and put together my new gym, buy myself at 72 , and working slow and reading the instructions carefully it took me maybe 6 to 7 hours. Shipping and receiving tell you not a scratch or ding on anything. All parts there, and once finished it looks great. Have tried a few exercises so far and to say the smoothness of motion is there, quiet and sturdy , good price , would recommend to anyone. Like i said im 72, 6 foot 3, this is working great for me

The gym comes in 4 separate packages. Shipping was fast. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the instructions. You must watch the 20 minute video because the the enclosed instructions are not very clear. Took my husband about 5 hours total to put together. He only needed my help when it was time to install the cables. Great value for money and super happy with our purchase

Hands off to the manufacturer. Assembly was easy - we used both the instruction manual and the video found under the item description on this page. It is the video that is 19 minutes and change. Wouldn’t have wanted to assemble with the tools that came with it. I have no doubt they would have worked but using our own wrenches and allen socket made things much faster. The hardware was labeled so well that there was little chance you could botch it. It was also separated by which step in the assembly you were on (total 15 steps). We were not missing so much as a washer which was a relief. Total time with 2 of us about 3 hours. This thing does so much - and is extremely sturdy/heavy. Will add to review once I have used it for a few weeks. Very excited thus far!

For a home gym, it works. Decent range of workouts (would’ve been nice to have a sheet to show them or a poster). Instructions were decent but parts could’ve been listed better. Construction is relatively solid. Pulley alignment is not clear and the cable under rubs against the frame which is causing friction and the cable coating to deteriorate.
