I tried taking it as alternative for acid reflux meds, ppi specifically, but unfortunately it causes my stomach to hurt a lot and lingers for days, hopefully it works for you but the only thing it did for me was use $41. I'm still giving it 4 stars because despite that it seems like it is very high quality and wish everyone the best
