I have cats and dogs so this works. I've been using this for over a year now and it works to eliminate smells in the home. I always ask my guests if the house smells and they always say no. So, this works I keep it up in stock because the only way this works effectively is to keep replacing the ones that are starting to dry up. So this works if you keep up with it. It doesn't eliminate the smell right away like if the pet just an accident in the house had but it does eliminate the smell in just a few minutes. It also works effectively to eliminate smoke smells and smells from cooking after a little while. This is a great product to have around the house if you worry about harsh chemicals and harsh candle smells that might be harmful to your pet. This works simply by slowly releasing the lemon smell into the home.

I brought this scent for a bathroom in the basement and a closet that is rarely used. It covers the usual smell of ugh....my basement bathroom and an old closet. Does a very good job. The wax scent dissipates quickly, lasts about 2-3 weeks, but the cost is so cheap, I can replace them easier.

I’ve been to every brick and mortar store in my county and none carry this lemon scented air freshener. I was pleased to be able to buy them from Amazon. The scent on these is a lovely, real smelling lemon. Unfortunately the throw of the scent (as they say in the candle world) is very weak. In a small bathroom or closet this is perfectly detectable. In any larger room, I can only smell this if I am standing near it. For me they have been lasting a couple weeks. I still really like them for our smaller rooms but if you are looking to fill a room with fragrance, this is not for you.I also keep one in my car and it works perfectly there. I have used all 12 and had no problems with lids slipping down.

We continue to buy these every other month. Overall the price is the same at retail stores, but I like that they show up in a box to my door vs. going to the store. I enjoy the lemon sent, it's not super over powering but you can tell it's there at the beginning. I will say this type of air freshener does tend to stop producing smells fairly quickly. Make sure to keep them at room temp, if you let them free you will be left with a mess (just an FYI if ordering from a colder state).

Bought in June 2020 and expired in April 2020 but still good. I change out every 30 days. Need to replace carpet so I stick this in room just to "freshen up". Hard to find this fragrance - lemon. Smells clean. Cheap and makes me feel better until I can get rid of carpet. No complaints at all. Glad I could find Lemon and it works great even 3 months expired. Recommend.

I bought these knowing the cost is cheap and may get some defective product but thought I would chance it.1) the EXPIRED reviews seem to be accurate as I also got expired product from 2/21. This is why I rated the product a 3 bc the seller fails to mention this to the buyer.2) I got all 12. When opening the box, the smell was strong and nice without even opening the product. When I opened 3 of the 12 products, they were perfectly filled with the scent, none seen to be defective like other posts. I held every product, and non of them felt lighter than the other, so I don't think any are defective? I will update if they r though3) I also bought one of these at the dollar store and fell in love with it. I'm not sure if the unexpired scent and this expired scent smell different though or is less potent . I think it is a lil less potent?? Effects of being expired?? However, what I can tell you for sure is that I use only one scent for my single bathroom and is enough to provide aroma so when someone walks in, the person smells it. This is what I look for in a scent and I like this. For a dual use bathroom/ "master" bathroom , I use two and smell the aroma upon entry to the room. Not sure how long it will last for, but when I bought an unexpired product of this scent, this was the only scent that lasted about a months time in the bathroom, which is the longest lasting scent I ever have tried from this brand.All in all, I dislike how the product has gone to buyers as expired however the scent remains aromatic which is why I am buying the product-for it's scent. Unsure if by the time I can use all 12, if aroma will still exist.Overall, I like the product.

These smell great. The scent doesn't last however long the package claims, but they're inexpensive and it lasts long enough to still be a good value.

I purchased the 12 pack, and the first 2 I opened seemed OK, no problem. I stored the rest in the pantry, and when it was time to put more out, I noticed they smelled really bad, like rancid, and they had an expiration date on them that had expired! What?? And of course it was just a few days past the return date, which I wouldn't have done anyway, too much hassle and I'm not going to pay for something that isn't caused by me!! Trying to contact Amazon makes no difference, so I contacted S.C. Johnson, maker of Glade, etc... I promptly received several coupons, but now realize they do not apply to this product, or many other products as well!! And the remaining coupons are for products the store doesn't carry, and you can't use the coupons online! So I am just out the cost of this product! I guess that's why my last name isn't Bezos!!
