Tastes great, rich raspberry flavor. It is almost like a dessert drink it tastes so good. I look forward to it daily. It tastes so good it helps me not crave sweet treats. It has become a daily treat for me that helps how I feel too.

I love Beam! I have struggled with getting migraines just before/the first day of my period and since taking Beam regularly the migraines have stopped! My cramps are also significantly less painful. I haven’t had bloating issues but I also have made sure to pair this with a cleaner diet so keep that in mind as well. You can’t out supplement a bad diet. The raspberry flavor is my favorite, I think the other flavors in the variety pack taste like Jello which isn’t bad, just very sweet.

This product is worth every penny. I have been using this supplement for about three months and I feel so much better. The flavor is a little sweet but I have found that doing usually about 40oz of water and mix the packet in its not as sweet.

I’ve been using the packets for 2 weeks now. I fell like I have more energy and not so sluggish. The taste is a little sweet so I mix some of the powder with 32 oz of water. I repeat this 3x’s during the day. Helps me drink my 96 oz of water in a day.

The taste is great! You have to make sure you mix it a lot before you drink it. I think I'm going through pre-menopausal so I was hoping it would help with that, but I really haven't seen any difference. It is helping me drink more water though.

This product I really enjoy I buying again only bought two weeks I do see a difference in energy when drinking this and also I know my Friend also bought this she also so and so a difference in the color of her skin change in two weeks. I am buying this again. The product is kind of expensive that is the only thing. I have to drink it first thing in the am when I get up as well not in the middle of the day. I do take other medications that can affect it. It also can change your girl parts if you know what I mean lol

I absolutely love this supplement. I took it around the second half of the day while at work. It helped reduce my feelings of stress which helped me feel more grounded. It made it easier to continue to deal calmly in my fairly unpredictable work environment. I appreciate that it didn't make me feel sluggish or tired, therefore I could safely respond to situations when necessary. I poured the packet into a bottle of water and shook it really good a few times. It mixed pretty easily. I really appreciate this product but I do wish that it was a bit less expensive so I could continue to use it regularly.

I have only taken this one time, so far but I wanted to leave my review because I was so worried after reading so many reviews on the taste and how awful it was and people couldn't even get it down. I was so worried about me feeling the same way. I was pleasantly surprised when I mixed it with water it blended pretty well. The taste to me was fine. I can handle it. It doesn't smell that great. But it's vitamins so I expect that. I would say you just have to try it for yourself. I am glad I decided to give it a try. Now I will hope it does the job.
