LOOOOOOOOOVE my TV. Quality is crystal clear, perfect size and it fits nicely in the wall alcove. Absolutely no problems at all and the colours are insane. I bought this on the advice of my friend who has a slightly older model, but she was spot on. Very happy with my purchase.

Very happy with this TV. Got it to replace an old, mid-range, Panasonic TV (40 inch) that was over double this price, new. Picture quality is great, and although not a crazy bright TV, it's a big step up from my old one, and colour reproduction is very nice. Software/remote works well and the freeview mode (freely) is an interesting way of mixing ariel and internet freeview stations. Massive plus points for me is that it has a 3.5mm headphone output (external amp for sound - most TV don't have this anymore) and even composite in for my old PS2. I got the 43inch model to fit where my old 40 inch was previously. My recommended settings: Picture Mode: Filmmaker Ultra Smooth Motion: Film Colour Temp: Warm 1 dynamic backlight control: off light sensor settings: on adaptive contrast: off dark detail: off

I have only had this TV for a few days but I am well pleased with my purchase. I wanted a 65" TV with Freely so this was and is exactly what I wanted. It is very easy to set up and after fitting the stands I was sitting and watching it in minutes. It has plenty of connection options (3 HDMI, 2 USB, Earphone Jack, Optical) to name a few. The picture is very good very detailed and well lit and there was no screen damage. As it is internet enabled there are more extra channels than you can shake a stick at as well as all your favourites of course and it seems to have all the usual viewing apps pre installed. You will need a BIG TV stand to put it on so it will fit as it really is wide (1 metre between the legs) All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I have had this tv for a few weeks now and the picture and sound quality are excellent. I am not giving a five star rating because I found the home page bit complicated to navigate and take some some getting used to. Also a little disappointed with the Freely app in that there are a lot less channels available than the old Freeview, we especially miss the plus one channels as we used them quite a lot on Freeview but they are unavailable on Freely. Overall though this tv is excellent value for money and competes very well with the mor expensive branded models

Good tv at great price. Good picture and sound. Came in store mode which meant it turned to screensaver every 5 mins. I had to Google to find out how to turn off

I've been using this TV for over 6 months and am absolutely blown away by the picture quality. I own other, more expensive brands and honestly think the Hisense looks better, and it's a few hundred pounds cheaper. Wall mounting was super easy since the TV is surprisingly light. I used my own separately purchased wall mount and had no issues at all. The menu and channel selection is intuitive and straightforward. The initial setup takes around 10 minutes, but after that everything is quick and easy. The best part is being able to use voice control to navigate menus, channels and apps. Once it's connected, you really don't have to think about it again. Sound quality is great too. I don't use a soundbar and am going straight from the TV speakers with no complaints whatsoever. Overall a fantastic TV and I would absolutely buy it again.

Outstanding. Excellent picture quality & sound, a doddle to set up.

Well it took a while, but I took the plunge and decided to replace the lounge TV with one of these 4K things. So what do I think of it ! The WiFi works very well, the chip is fast and My5, which never worked on my extremely overpriced LG, now works great. Freely ! Not that impressive if honest, yes you get all the standard channels but in my local the difference between having the aerial plugged in and not was the loss of over a 100 other channels, ones like Great TV, Rewind TV, That’s TV 1,2 and 3, QVC, PBS America, oh and all the radio stations, the list was endless and yes I know that a lot of them are not that important but if they are there then I prefer to have them even if they are rarely watched. Apps - Most of them are there but Paramount+ had to be downloaded and if you want Spotify then forget it because I have been totally unable to find it anywhere on the app lists. The Apps I have tried work perfectly. The sound is, for my ears, poor, but fortunately I have a sound box that works perfectly with the TV I can’t tell the difference between all the Dolby sound options, or to be more accurate most of the sound choices within the menu didn’t seem to work that great but then with no Spotify I was rather limited in listening to music rather than speech which is difficult to judge. Picture - it’s okay, the upscaling of non HD tv shows, the old ones, works very well and some of the shows filmed in 4K like Yellowstone were absolutely stunning. It’s a big old thing, screen wise, but doesn’t seem to dominate the room. The ability to plug a couple of USB sticks in to allow recording of stuff is very good. My LG used a massive amount of the storage on a 64GB stick which meant very limited storage for recording but this Hisense uses a fraction of the space, so far more recording of shows. Finding how to actually record was a voyage of discovery and would need a YouTube video to explain but trust me I found it by accident and is mentioned nowhere in the instructions. It’s not as easy as the old LG to use but that’s for, as I said, a YouTube video. Update-Three days and one OTA update from Hisense and the PVR won’t allow me to delete recorded shows! You have to Format the USB drive 😳 Hisense have never responded to my request for assistance. 😡 HDMI ports - not as many as I would have liked, 3 in total on the 55 inch, one of which is a HDMI Arc for the sound bar/box, add in a Game Console and a DVD and that’s your lot. As I said you get 2 USB ports so enough I suppose. Remote control - Works well enough at almost any angle but it does take a while to get used to, I’ve had good and bad experiences with the voice operation and currently I use Alexa to control it, which can also be a bit hit and miss but at least it’s there, as is Google. It’s as light as a feather 6.8 kg and it comes with a little set of legs. I had a Pearlgear stand which has a swivel option and two height settings which I think is a much better option as it puts the TV at eye level when sitting rather than the legs that come with it where you are looking down at the screen but that could just be me. For the price point, £309 during Black Friday, it’s a good buy. At that price even if it only lasts 3-5 years you’ve had extremely good value for money, it’s not perfect but it is good and genuinely it is way better than my LG that cost me very nearly three times as much only five years ago.
