A wonderful game that is simply too expensive in Japan.
I'm a vlogger. I do a vlog called Jon's D&D Vlog on Youtube. Two of my episodes deal with this game. It was created by a friend of the man who created D&D. He saw how much work Dave Arneson (D&D author) had to go through for his games, so he made Dungeon! so Dave could also play. It is a great and very simple game that is also a very integral part of D&D history.I bought a copy in the US that is starting to wear out. I want to get a replacement copy, but the price in Japan is still too high. The price for the game itself is wonderful (about 1700 yen). Then, you add the shipping cost (about 3500 yen) and the total price goes over 50$. It's just too high for this game. If the shipping price can come down some, I'll be picking up a few sets, one for each classroom. Until then, I guess I'll have to just keep picking them up when I go to the states.
