Terrible product, says universal fittings to fit most taps on the packaging, yet doesn't fit any of the 3 types of taps I have in my house. Doesn't form a proper seal so water comes out backwards. If the pressure is even slightly too high they shoot off the taps too. The hose had a leak under the shower head connector as well as one of the tap fittings.

This has got a powerful spray which is good, it’s just a bit on the stiff side at the moment hopefully it will soften over time. Washed my hair and it was really quick once I got the hang of it. Would recommend.

No problems at all

Was the wrong fitting for my bath it was a single twin taps and not two separate taps the shower came a week earlier that estimated date and works so it was my mistake for not reading the listing right, it leaked near the shower head though but maybe the washers provided which I didn't add (I was testing the shower head) helps with that.

Very helpful works well

Wouldn’t waste your money. Luckily I had an older one that I was replacing with this, the shower end seal was missing so water just leaked out the end! Obviously don’t realise until opened and attempt to use. If I hadn’t had an old one with the spare part would have been useless

I bought this item in March. For the first month it was doing ok. I could only use it with one tap on about half way. But after that it’s started to leak or come away from the tap itself. I have to hold it in place with one hand. Which is super tricky when you’re trying to wash the cat litter etc. I don’t recommend.
