I bought this almost at random after abandoning my battle with CPAP equipment and the vendors who seem more interested in your supply orders and health information than in your wellbeing. Anyhow, started the search for a wearable alternative. This one works well enough for me to find it better than CPAP for my needs. There are downsides with this particular product… First, the molding instructions are inadequate. As others have noted, immerse in boiling water and let it sit for a minute or so before going ahead. Second, there is a sharpish connection between the two halves of the unit. Front, middle, right in front of your tongue. Bothers me odd and on, but still beats the alternative. Third, it can be a mouthful due to the thickness of the base and the fore-aft jaw manipulation. I didn’t find it a problem, but your experience may vary. Best feature: it comes in sizes. I take a large, and that also makes a difference. Will try other alternatives, and will attempt to review each, since Amazon won’t issue refunds on this stuff, and there’s no certainty the vendor will. Update: raised my rating after trying other options. This thing works! There seem to be only a couple of design options for anti-snore devices, and this is one of the few that comes in sizes. Others were too flimsy, fell out of my mouth or were far too small or too uncomfortable The Itus fit and it worked from the first night’s wearing. No snores. Ever.

It doesn't work as advertised; in fact, it actually worsens the snoring and sleep apnea. Honestly, I think it is a very dangerous device. Is Amazon certain that it has FDA certification? Finally, using the device is extremely painful, despite it being molded to the bite. The device caused ulcers on the inside of my mouth and on my tongue. My opinion is that the CPSC should open an investigation and issue a Recall.

I got this mouthpiece for my husband because his snoring had been getting louder and it was starting to affect both of our sleep. We were honestly just hoping for some improvement, but this has made a noticeable difference. From the first few nights of use, his snoring was significantly reduced. He’s waking up feeling more rested, and I’m finally sleeping through the night without constantly being disturbed. It’s improved his sleep, improved mine, and made a real difference in our nights. If you’re dealing with snoring, I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

This device was easily set up and molded well to the teeth. The jaw adjustment is a little difficult to change, but it shouldn’t need changed once dialed in. It did not eliminate my snoring but does reduce snoring. This device is physically larger than others I tried. It is difficult to close your lips and leads to dry mouth. It also has a support in the middle between the upper and lower front teeth that rubs on the end of your tongue. It is well made with quality materials and my jaw was not sore after wearing it for a month. I have tried may brands and this one is average to average +.

Accidentally bought this again thinking it was a different one. It is much worse than the last time that I bought it, which was quite some time ago. This thing is so squeaky that there's no way I could possibly stay asleep while having it in my mouth, especially while grinding my teeth. It is very small and poor fitting. It is just complete garbage compared to even the worst one that I ordered before, which was actually this product apparently but an earlier version. It's weird when a product goes bad to even worse...... Usually it's the other way around. Products tend to get better with newer versions. Do not buy this one. Look at a different brand or type. Be careful, because they sell the same thing under different "brand" names.

The quality of the product is very good. I was surprised to see how tiny it was. After following the instructions, its size increased and adjusted well to the shape of my teeth/mouth. However, trying to sleep with this device all night is super uncomfortable. You can't pass saliva and since your mouth is partially open all night ,your throat will get dry. I gave it a try for a couple of nights and my wife said that I continued snoring as usual. Again, this was just my own personal experience. Perhaps it might work for others.

Update to review below: The large device was too large for my mouth. After receiving and molding the smaller device, I found that it fit perfectly and was comfortable to wear throughout the entire night. When I wake up from a sleep while wearing it, I feel more rested and ready to face my day. As you can read below I believed I had properly measured my mouth dimensions prior to ordering the large unit. I’m an average guy with average jaw and mouth. The small device fits me perfectly. Would recommend to others to see if it works for you. ================= I purchased the SilentZ Pro 2 in the large size, which is recommended based on the measurements provided by the manufacturer, hoping it would help reduce my snoring. The packaging was impressive, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Molding the device to fit my mouth was straightforward and hassle-free, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the device itself was disappointing even in the non-adjusted state. The large size makes it incredibly difficult to insert into the mouth, and once in, it’s nearly impossible to close my mouth comfortably. The device feels bulky and intrusive, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. After using it for just one night, I woke up with intense pain in my front teeth that lasted for several hours, which was alarming and unpleasant. While I had high hopes that the SilentZ Pro 2 would help alleviate my snoring, the pain, discomfort, and oversized design make it unbearable to use. For me, the cost of this solution is too high, and I’d rather live with the snoring than endure this device. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to its size, discomfort, and painful side effects. Who knows, maybe it will work for you.

Works very well. Wife approved for reducing my snoring. My mouth is smaller than average and I’ve tried other brands which were always too large and made my jaw hurt. This one is the perfect size and I can breathe freely with it. I clean it daily with a small dominator (highly recommend) and that makes it much more durable. As long as you follow the directions it molds easily and fits well. Customer support was also responsive and helpful when I had questions. Overall, highly recommend!

I honestly just bought this out of curiosity for my husband. As someone who has long endured the nightly symphony of my husband's snoring, discovering this anti-snoring mouthguard has been nothing short of a game changer. Jokes aside, its pretty great with easy setup instructions, a bit discomforting at first but works out the 2nd and 3rd night and then really helps with the snoring. The mold is for a larger fit so if you have a smaller mouth I recommend another size. He has used it only for a couple of nights but it really does seem like a great solution for someone who has a serious snoring issue and helps with his occasional teeth grinding as well. For everyone looking for a peaceful night sleep, this is a good buy. Our first after window shopping around and know we will stick with this one.
