Great build quality, feels hand built. very fond of it
The electroplated screws on this particular one are a good addition, I have another one and it leaks rust from the holes so I need to tighten the screws or the handlebar shakes. It has good range in 'fast mode', I didn't ride it much without. I found the guide easily (on my other one, there is a similar trick to set the top speed to 100, tuning is magical) Core rule: Hold the brake non-stop the entire time — do not release it!!! 1. Safe preparation Park the scooter on flat, open ground, far from pedestrians, vehicles and slopes. 2. Power on Keep the brake fully depressed, then turn on the scooter power. 3. Disable speed limit Keep holding the brake, then quickly squeeze the throttle 5 consecutive times within 1–2 seconds without any pauses. 4. Confirm completion A beep alert or flashing indicator light means the speed limit has been successfully removed.

Its a really good scooter
It rides smoothly, the battery life, even at top speed, is good, and easy to fold/lock up.

Not Great for the cost, lasted 3 months
Edited Not super powerful (lots of hills here) and not the most responsive on brakes or power but definitely a cheap well built scooter, very smooth ride so far. Even though the motor is more a 300 to 500 w motor after disengage in the auto brake it definitely gave it a lot more life still would definitely need assistance on most hills but didn't do horrible either. By the fourth or 5th charge it died the electric brake did a rattle and the screen went blank and it's like the electric brake is still engaged but nothing is showing up so now it's a useless paperweight.

Good bang for the buck.
Very nice product for the money. Haven’t had it long, but our daughter really likes it a lot. Everything works as advertised!

Electrical issues
Scooter was nice but caught in a quick rain storm and the bottom base of the scooter is not sealed with anything (o-ring) where the battery is located. The electrical system was damaged and scooter does not work anymore. Friends isooter was not damaged in the rain but this was.

Solid scooter. Took forever to get here
It's a solid scooter. It was easy to assemble, easy to ride. The battery seems a little less than the range they provided but it still works to go around town on and not worry! My one complaint is that it got here so late. Like 10 days late. And the customer support through Amazon was a pain to deal with but now that it's here I love it;

Too good to be true
The best scooter I ever had. A little heavy. I need to carry it to train and some stairs. But I work at Amazon for me it’s not a problem. It takes me uphill easy. I’m 185 lb plus my backpack with water and food 5-10 lb. Light is bad. I bought extra ligh cz I’m traveling nights. I don’t fold it cz for me it’s easier to put it on my shoulder. But it folds easy. Battery is perfect. I ride it for 2 hrs with 2 sections left. Cruise control didn’t use so I don’t know. Speed is max for me 23 km/h
